Unfortunately, you can't play it :( your GeForce 4MX is not suported by that game :(, you need to have at least a GeForce 6600 to play C&C Tiberium Wars. Sorry for the bad news :(, but many games are not suported by your graphics card, you can find more powerful graphics card now at a very low price, well not very powerful but more than 4MX can do. If you want a good graphics card, you could buy a GeForce 8400 (for about 80$ max), or one that would be decent in the present games 8600 GTS (for about 180$)

danieldosia, jinog is probaly running out of a PCI or AGP slot, and I doubt his PSU can handle anything newer then a 6600.
My advice, build a new pc for $500 or so that will give you nice framerates and power without breaking your bank.
reply if you want more advice.

You shouldnt be using a computer....
PCI, AGP (and PCI-E, ISA, etc..) are slots used for expansion cards such as sound cards, graphic cards, network cards, modem cards, raid controler cards, etc...
PSU = power supply

heres an example using an older motherboard

here is a newer motherboard with PCI-E (x) slots, apposed to the older motherboard pictured above with AGP
