High Quality Streaming Sites

Well, I've been searching for a while for a new high quality streaming site since Stage6 is shutting down on the 28th, but I just can't seem to find one. I'm no fan of Veoh, and I can't stand quality-down-the-tube YouTube. I've also checked out places like Google Video (identical to YouTube), Peekvid, and well, basically everything that the Google Search Engine can find. I was hoping if anyone knew any streaming sites that offer:

1. An upload option. An example would be the upload button on YouTube.
2. Uploads/Downloads of the videos in .avi, divx, or xvid files (mpeg works fine too).
3. At least a 1 GB per movie limit.

I won't get too picky, so that's about it. Basically what I'm looking for is a higher quality YouTube. Anyways, if anybody knows of an existing site that meets or nearly meets what I'm looking for, feel free to comment.

theres also Veoh.com if you want to upload vids.you can download the veoh tv prog,manage your files,download vids from veoh and even UPLOAD..if this doesn't help,im sorry as i know onky this XD.good luck though;)

Yeah, I usually use http://www.veoh.com/ but I'm also constantly using http://www.dailymotion.com/ the problem with dailymotion though, is that they have great quality... but most of there videos are french.
