Where can I find clips for AMVs?

I really want to use my windows movie maker and make some cool AMVs, but I fear I have no idea how to get clips onto it, can someone tell be where I can get clips, (bleach, naruto, etc.) and also music, and how to download them onto my Movie Maker?
