Death Note: The one who is justice

Daisuke Fujiwara walked through the halls of a recently built office building, adjusting his tie as he moved at a brisk pace. He is dark haired, of Malay descent (even though his name is purely Japanese).

His Japanese family name originated during World War II, when the Japanese took over Manchuria and renamed it Manchukuo. The civilians of his father's town were forced to adopt Japanese names, and thus his family were given the surname of Fujiwara. His family found themselves in Japan when fleeing China due to the overthrow of Nationalistic Chiang Kai-Shek by Communist Mao Zedong, in fear that they would be labeled Nationalists and get killed.

And now, 37 year-old Daisuke Fujiwara lived as the typical police officer here in the modern world. Stopping at a set of thick wooden doors at the end of the hallway, he took a deep breath before entering the room, closing the door behind him. On a plaque next to the door were words in Japanese that mean KIRA INVESTIGATION HQ.

Inside, were rows of long tables, fit with computers, space to write upon, and even a projector screen and other demonstration-esque tools in the front. The entire room was set up like an auditorium, with elevated rows in order to allow everyone who were seated to see the front of the room. There were already some investigators, all police officers, who were present there. Along them, were several suited men whom he did not recognize, remaining out of the way of peoples' passage, by the far corner of the room. One held a briefcase, a handcuff chaining his wrist to the handle of the luggage. Foreigners.

KIRA's Faction
Two school girls were walking home together. They were whispering to each other, keeping an eye out for a stalker or some other dubious persona.

"He invited some people to his house!" one said. "I'm depressed that he didn't invite me…"

"Aww, don't be sad about that. He might be cute, but I do not know what in the world he is doing half the time!" the other said.

The two failed to notice a suspicious-looking person following them from behind. The man approached them, the hint of a smile upon his face as he tried to stop the two girls. However, pain shot through his chest before further action could be taken. His name was Juro Kurosame, though neither girl knew it. They were so frightened by the experienced that they fled home without another word between them.

Not so far away, the name of Juro Kurosame could be seen written in a black notebook, labeled DEATH NOTE upon its cover. On the first page, were written the following words:

DEATH NOTE: How to use it:
The Human whose name is written in this note shall die.
This Note will not take effect unless the writer has the person’s face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person’s name, it will happen.
If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack.
After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

"Now to create the best possible database..." Ms. Yukinowa continued to drone while all students drifted away into their own individual dream lands

"Hmmmm this day just seems to keep going and going" thought Karasu sitting at his desk staring outside of the window lazily "I've got a party to get to later today. It should be fun."

As the bell rang all the students jumped from their desks and ran toward the door in the attempt to free themselves from the painfully boring classroom. Including Karasu Ryden a college senior who was the first person out of the class.

"HA I'll get ready and its party time tonight," he laughed loudly in the halls getting stares of disapproval from teachers, but stares of admiration from his peers.

As he walked on about to reach the doors he overheard a television blaring in the teachers lounge and a slight conversation between two of the teachers.

"Today Juro Kurosame was found dead due to a heart attack. Another victom of this string of deaths due to someone labeled by the police as Kira. All officers ask that if anyone has any information to report it immediately." said the anchorman looking as grim as he could muster.

"Kira...I don't know what to think of him." Started the first of the teachers "Yes his methods do seem cruel, but the results are showing with the decrease in crime."

"Thats true, but he is still a murderer. Who gives him the right to kill people." interjected the second teacher.

"Kira seems to be the topic as of late." Karasu spoke quietly to himself as he walked to his car. "I wonder if he parties like everyone else."

A tall building stand in the heart of the city Kanto, from the outside it seem to be an average big company, but something else was hide from others in the inside.

A man wearing white shirt and a baggy blue jean sitting on a chair by his way, a way of sitting that is weird to the others. In front of him is a plain white laptop which showing a lot of data on the screen. Those data are collected from the recently mass death of criminal by heart failure, a data used by FBI.

He is the great mind of FBI, solved many mystery cases, a man name L.

I am 87% sure that KIRA is in Japan. I will show him true justice.

[Shokuten]

A man stands on a sidewalk in one of the busiest streets in Kanto. He waves his hand as a cab stops right in front of him. The man gets in the backseat of the cab and closes the door as the cab drives away from the curb. "So, how are you doing sir?" the cab driver said.
"I'm doing fine thanks for asking." the man answered.
"So, where will I be taking you?" the driver asked.
"Just twelve blocks ahead. I have an important meeting to get to."
"Sure. I'll try to get there as fast as I can." the cab driver said as he accelerated. The driver turned on the radio. A reporter was speaking about a recent death.

Recently, a man named Juro Kurosame was found dead due to a heart attack. Police say this was another murder of Kira's. Police say that they can't leak any more information until they have fully investigated the crime.

The driver listens with a very concerned look. "So, what do you think of this Kira character?" he asked.
"I don't know really. I wish I did though." the man answered.
"Huh? Would you meet this man in person?"
"Maybe. I'd probably shake his hand."
The driver looked at the man with a worried face. As they reached the destination, the man paid the cab driver the amount of the ride. The man also gave the cab driver a card. "In case you need a lawyer." the man said as he waved goodbye. The driver looked at the card.
"That man is crazy and he's a lawyer. Hmm...what does this card say?" The driver looks at the card closely. "His name is Teru Mikami."

Teru walked up the steps into the court building with a smile. "That man got exactly what he deserved. Delete them Kira."

Yuuko was newly recruited to the Police Academy in Kantoo, but it was not too late she received a note from mysterious someone who was offering her a place in Kira Investigation. She had accepted it and was very much honoured as she was only 20 years of age.

Yuuko entered the Kira Investigation HQ for the first time and looked around to see people filling the HQ

eki just waking he goes into the kitchen to get a glass of orange juice as he drinks he finds a note on the counter in the kitchen he opens it and reads it. someone had invited him to join the kira investigation team only being in the police force at a young age he had been supprised they would pick him.

eki puts the note on his bedroom table and put on his smily face shirt and a pair of blue jeans he grabs his glasses and walked outside. He gasped in some morning air and scretched a little and begin to walk to the HQ with the address written on his hand he put his hands him his pockets. About 20minutes later he had made it to the kira investigation HQ he looks around in a sigh he had noticed another newcomer a young girl looked as if she was in the 20's just like him and walked over "hi you must be new names ekimitsu,mushigibut people call me eki for short whats yours".

Yuuko was happy to be approached by someone else as she was feeling quite nervous in the HQ

"Hey!" she smiled

"My name is Yuuko, nice to meet you Eki. Are you new here as well? This place looks really exciting. I wonder who is our Head" she looked around worried

"yeah i'm knew just got the invitation today laying on my counter weird dont know how it got there though hmm i not worried about our head i'm just happy to be here i'm ready to catch that kira punk and put him away for a long time" eki looks at the girl then stares around the area al ittle "hmm whats your specailty yuuko"

After flirting with some of college girls who were already well acquainted with his flirtatious personality. Karasu jumped into his car and started driving off in his black 2006 cobra.

"Well that worked out better then I thought," he said aloud to himself with his voice was drowned by the sound of his music blaring through the speakers.

He calmly drove by uneffected by the incredible amount of traffic during this time of today as he made his way toward his apartment.

"Hey Mr. Minamoto." Karasu said gleefully to his neighbor opening his door.

He entered a plain room. It was quite large for an apartment for one person to live alone. A letter sat on the floor which was from the apartments landlord who approved the future party he was planning. Karasu calmly turned on the television before walking over to his desk, and pulls out a black notebook.

"Juro Kurosame- He will walk twelve miles toward the closest park. At exactly 4:53 pm he will reach the park and die from an immediate heart attack." Karasu re-read from the notebook with a slight smirk on his face.

He clicked the record button as the news began going into detail on the homicides and the wanted list as he sat down and began working on his school work.

"The party should be fun." he said quietly.

Yuuko laughed at the way Eki was talking to her

"Kira punk, eh? I see.. I don't really care about his personality or anything but since he is being too narrow and stupid by claiming to be some kind of God.. her face became serious I will make sure to find him and cut all this Justice business he is spittin out of his mouth."

Yuuko became cheerful again

"Oh my speciality you ask? Well, boy! she hit Eki's head in a cheerful manner and turned her face away to face the large Window It is everything!" she smiled

"haha you seem you are alot more cheerful then i thought i look forward to working with you" kanta scratches his head and edges his glasses onto his nose kanta smiles and yurns to the window and looks outside "i hope that we will catch him and this organization will help use well me and you yuuka will be best of buddys hehe"

Investigation HQ
At 16:00 local time, the suited men made their move. The one with a briefcase handcuffed to his wrist approached the oddly dressed man, unchaining, unlocking, and opening it upon the desk. He pulled out a hard drive, hooking it up to the laptop. It was of the same color as the laptop itself, a pure white. The man gestured towards another, who nodded. Area secure for the meeting.

There were no windows in the room, which may cause a feeling of claustrophobia to some, but it ensured that they would not be spied upon by outsiders.

"Ryuzaki, we may begin," said the briefcase agent, whose name was Nathanael Austere: a blonde haired, Caucasian man.

The other agents took their places, flanking the doors that allow entry and exit to the room. The doors were locked: a late comer would have to knock for the FBI agents to consider entry.

Hana stepped into the Investigation Headquarters and looked around. She gripped the strap of her bag, which began to slip off her shoulder. She heard a beep from the bag and smiled, then looked around again.
This was her first time here. It was calm, for an investigation headquarters.

eki looks from the window and at the corner of his eye he saw a nother newcomer to the team he walks over and approaches her "hi names ekimitsu,mushigi but people call me eki" eki shakes her hand "whats yours"

Hana smiled and shakes Eki's hand.

"Hi Eki. My name is Hana Hayato. Nice to meet you."

[Shokuten]

Tery comes out of the Court Justice building and decides to walk home. He buys a newspaper at the news stand on the way home. He quickly searches through the obituaries to see the results of Kira's new murders. "Doesn't look like he's killed anybody since the Juro murder. Who are you gonna kill next?" Teru smiles in excitement, wondering who is Kira's next victim.

Midnight, Misa Amane walks alone watching out that no one is following behind her. She walks at a slow pace, hoping no one follows her.

The time was fast approaching midnight

(looking at his wrist watch Watari noticed how late it had gotten)

"I wonder if this party will be worth my time?" he said talking to himself
while drinking some coffee. "Seems to me, it should be interesting either way."

(looking at the sky at the clouds rolling by, as the moon made its entrance)

(thinking to himself in more aggressive tone and manner)

"This world is really going south, I wonder if anyone else
feels the same way I do about Kira's beliefs. I am sure at least some do."

eki walks outisde for some fresh air seeing that it was close to midnight eki was getting tired quick he edged his glasses up to his nose and looked at the sky everything was goin to go fine he knew that this kira investigation for would help catch kira and people could live in peace without thinking of him/her ever again. kanta walked into the HQ and sat in a chair and snoosed off.

Hana sat down and and pulled out her laptop. She opened a program and started to type.

looks at hanas laptop and peeps at her "hey what you doin?" eki sat up and looks and examines hanas laptop.

"Checking something." She smiled at him. She finished typing and opened another program. She started to type and more programs opened.

"There." A page opened with a list of most recently broadcasted criminals.

[Ru_kia]

Yuuko was getting impatient to meet the mysterious person who had left her the note. She was bored waiting in the HQ so she attempted to go out only to be stopped by her old Commander from the Academy.

"Commander Hertoska! What are you doing here?" she asked surprised.

Hertoska replied:

"Too impatient.. You are. Maybe one of your worst characteristic.. Oh wait you are also extremely hot-tempered. Also.. Too biased" he let out a laugh. "Uh, seems like you had no good personality at all!"

Yuuko pouted and asked:

"What do you expect? I have been here for more than 10 hours now! And no one even told me what to do!"

Hertoska replied:

"You always await people to approach you, don't you? You are so self-centred, Yuuko. Maybe I shouldn't have suggested you to the Head of this Investigation. Become selfless and learn to work as a team!"

saying this He left and the doors were locked behind him. Yuuko forced the door but she couldn't go out.

"Damn. I am getting angry..now.." she was forced to ask questions to the people in the HQ. There werent too many of them when counted. She took notice of one which looked somehow weird. He was not sitting appropriately and his way of handling the notes in front of him looked weird.

Yuuko approached him.

"Hi..I am Shinjitsu Yuuko from Kanto Police Academy. I don't know anyone around here except for Eki, but he himself looks quite confused as well. Do you know what exactly I am supposed to do here in the Quarters?"

"eh... thats a page of criminals whats it for" eki edged his glasses up to his nose and pulled out his psp he had hacked a little eki had worked on it ofr a while so it would show the news and hold all his work from his computer.

"kira had been doin quite some work on alot of his enemys, smiled eki "hmm.. maybe i can make a report about this if i can get enough info on this kira person, maybe i can find something immportant.

eki looked at the corner of his eye "aww commander hertoska nice to meet you for the first time what are you doing here"

Hana smiled. She looked over the list, finding the most recent and crime. She looked up and smiled.

"yuuko i think we should come back tommorow its getting late and its turning midnight you two should get home you and miss hana" eki stood up and leaned against the door and waited.

[Shadow-blade]

"Fine" Hana put her laptop in her bag and stood up. She slipped on her bag.

[zetsuei-kanta]

eki sighed and opened the door "what a drag i wasready to meat the head today to well tommorows another day" eki held the door for miss hana and yuuko as they walked out eki pushed his glasses up to his nose and walked with miss hana.

Hana smiled at Eki.

"We'll just work harder and get this done." She though for a moment.

"Eki, if you met Kira and didn't know he was Kira, would you be his friend?"

[zetsuei-kanta]

"it depends if he was a nice person but if i didnt i might make a mastake and fall into a bad predicament would you"

[Shadow-blade]

Hana thought for a moment.


"Probably. He seems to has a sense for justice and has a sense of power, but must also be smart. And with being smart usually comes being polite. I guess I would." She smiled at Eki.

[zetsuei-kanta]

"thats a good reason but i would never be freinds with a criminal he is to much of a bother".

[Xemorus]

Karasu closed his binder which contained his school work for Monday and placed it carefully in his backpack which sat next to a small table with fresh fruit sitting on it, and walked over to his recliner and rewound the tape which was in the process of recording some mindless reality show.

"I really hate things like these," he says while calmly opening a black notebook on his lap and taking a pencil.

He watched intently as the recorded version of the news played writing down names of convicted criminals and those who are wanted by the police.

"Maybe I should add a few of the wanted criminals for tomorrow during my party just in case," he thought while writing names of those already captured.

After a few hours had passed and he was finally satisfied with his work. He got up and carefully placed the notebook in a secure location.

"I don't need anyone to get a hold of the notebook. Even though most are Kira supporters I doubt they would use it properly," he thought with a smirk as he cleaned the apartment.

The doorbell rand which caused him to smile widely.

"And so the first person finally arrives. Now the party begins." he laughed opening the door.

"Hey I hope you don't mind but I invited my lawyer to the party," said the young man walking into the room "He helped me out a bit and he seems pretty cool and get this He is a huge Kira supporter like I am so I hope you don't mind Karasu."

He let out a loud laugh and opened the door a little wider.

"The more the merrier. If he knows how to party then I don't see why he isn't welcomed. It doesn't matter if they support Kira or not just as long as the party doesn't stop."

Soon more and more guests began to arrive and the party began while Karasu greeted the guests while dancing himself with a smile on his face.

"The real party has yet to start," he thought calmly while making his way to the door.

"Okay Eki. I always get this weird feeling when I think about who or what Kira is, or by just thinking about Kira. It's weird." She smiled.

"We'll know soon enough!"

[zetsuei-kanta]

"yeah" eki said in a sigh "well would you like me to walk you home"

Hana smiled.

"Only if you want to." She pushed her bag so it laid across her back and she turned and walked up the road.

[zetsuei-kanta]

"sure" kanta edged his glasses to his nose and scratched his head "dont want you to get mugged or anything haha" kanta walk beside hana looking at the sky with his arms crossed behind his head starring at the moon.

*she hangs up her phone and starts to pace faster*

Hana smiled at Eki, then looked forward. Ahead of them, a street light flickered on and off. She leaned her head on Eki, continuing to look forward.

As Teru walks in his home he notices the time. "Hmm...was that party today or tommorrow?" He looks at a note that was on his kitchen counter. "Hmm...so it is today. I guess I go. My last client was one of the greatest I had. I'll go to his friends party." Teru went to his bedroom and got a change of casual clothes. He grabbed his car keys and headed to his car. "I was trying to save gas today too." He hops in his car and drives off. He looks at the directions that his client gives him as he drives. As he arrives at the party, he notices that there are younger people there. "I hope they don't see me as an old man." He laughs a little bit, gets outside of his car and walks inside of the house.

"So this must be the placce, ok well I am a model so I should be well known here..."

"Thank you, Nathanael Austere." A sound that are modified can heard from the laptop. It was connected to L's laptop for communication.

"Good afternoon to KIRA Investigation members, i am L, leader of your operation. KIRA is in JAPAN...i am sure about this."

The screen then turn to a collective of pie chart and some graph. Its projected to the wall for a clearer view.

"As you see from here, the criminal die in japan are much more than in the other world. I already calculate some possibility. This is mostly done by only one person than rather a group of people. But somehow, i couldn't work out the way of killing."

The screen turn back to the usual L's wallpaper.

"Anyone want ask question?"

eki had looked at this man with a devilish stare this man named
L looked as if he had never slepped a day in his life. eki knew something was wrong with this man.

(Screeching noise are heard outside the building)

*stepping out of his car Watari is seen reaching into his pocket for a note*

"Hmmmm....This looks like the right address I was given, I hope I'm not late"

(walks inside through the doorway, his long trench coat blown back by wind)

*looking around, he tries to get a feel for certain people who also had arrived,
namely; if they seemed like the kind of people who felt the same way he did*

(walks up to Misa and Teru)

"Hello you two, allow me to introduce myself...My name is Watari Yoshida,
I see you both found this place alright as well huh? I need to talk to you both if you have a minute, okay?"

(Watari walks up the table serving drinks and makes a couple just in case)

Investigation HQ
Nathanael heard a beeping sound coming from his wrist watch. Backing to a corner of the room, he flipped open a secure cell phone. In a hushed conversation, he spoke to whomever was on the other end. After a minute, he turned off his cell and approached L.

"W has something that you should see," he whispered into his ear.

If L looks at what W has sent, he would find a photograph of a prison cell, a taped outline of a dead person upon the floor, and the bloody symbol of a compass upon the wall. The criminal's name was Urakami Yasutoshi, whose death was dated on the 11th of April. He probably has died at around 23:45, local time.

The description of the body included slit wrists.

On another hand, information that another criminal died, Enomoto Motomori, on the same day as Yasutoshi. He was suspected of picking a fight with Yasutoshi, and later died of a heart attack. The time of death is projected to be about 21:05.

"Good job W, i shall analyze it now."

There was a brief silence in the hall, no one spoke out until L speak again.

"He is testing it, testing his ability. The second criminal die about two hours later, means he can control the time of death. With the symbol on the wall, means he can control the action before death. I hope Japanese police don't report this out to the media, keep it a secret first."

There was a commotion outside the room. One of the door guards was listening to an ear piece, nodding. Him and Nathanael whispered at the side of the room for a moment, and the head FBI agent there went back to the front of the room. "A man has just died of a heart attack in the lobby of the police station."

It seemed that entire wave of deaths have arrived. The news station, at that moment, reported the death of a man named Okudaira Akimasa, who died at a fitness center of heart attack.

Unknown to the police, another man also have died of heart attack: Kusunoki Hirotoshi at 17:43. Not long later, Morioka Shigehira died at 22:32.

[Shokuten]

Teru, while walking around, gets introduced to a man named Watari. He asks for him and a woman named Misa, who is very familiar, to talk to him in a little while. He wonders why this stranger wants to talk to him. Teru grabs a cup of something to drink and walks toward Watari. "So, why do you want to talk to me? Is it because I'm a lawyer? I have a bunch of cards in my car if you like."

"Hello Watari, Im Misa Amane also known as Misa-misa the famous model"
*She scans the room looking at everyones faces*
It could happen any minute...
*misa turns toward teru*
"Hello, teru"

[Shokuten]

Teru turns around and notices Misa. "I thought I recognized you from somewhere. You're Misa Misa. I necer thought that I would see you at a house party. I wonder what that guy Watari wants with us. What do you think?"

*looks at watari blankly for a moment then looks back at teru*
"Hm...Im not sure, maybe...Never mind, but what ever it is, maybe it has to do with bussiness? What do think?"

[Shokuten]

Teru looks at Misa. "You might be right. I didn't know that I was well known as a lawyer though. I'm trying to become a prosecutor. That's gonna be my real passion." Teru looks back at Watari and wonders again what he would want with him.

"A prosecutor? hm...interesting,"
Well then what does watari want since hes not a famous lawyer like me being a famous well known model...?"Ok well Im going to talk to the other guest"
*Misa skips away smiling talking to other guest at the party*

As Karasu continued to dance with random people in his party his attention turned briefly to a well known paparazzi camera man by the name of Senshi Orokami who was just speaking of his latest snoop.

"All I'm trying to do is find out which stars are for Kira and against Kira" the captains read due to the music being far too loud "If they get brought down for it why should I care."

"Hmmmm I think I might be able to use him," Karasu thought dancing his way in a sly manner before his eyes laid on a beautiful woman who he has seen a number of times in magazines and movies.

"Misa Amane...she is here at my place. I must be one of the luckiest guys around." He thought as he made his way toward her.

He grabs a hold of her hand and drags her onto the dancefloor.

"Hey there I'm Karasu Ryden the thrower of this party. Its nice to meet you Misa Misa." he said excitedly while dancing with her.

Misa was taken by suprised, as she looked into this mans eyes, she looked away blushing
"Its nice to meet you karasu" She smiled.

"I might be able to use her too," Karasu thought while dancing with Misa.

He smiles widely at Misa as they continue to dance toward the center of the room as the report turns to the latest Kira victoms. Most with heart attacks except for the one who cut his wrists which Karasu notices, but acts like he doesn't as he continues the dance

"That must be the lawyer that I heard about. He too might be useful." Karasu thinks while in mid dance with Misa.

He looks at her and smiles sweetly blushing slightly, but still cheerful

"Well Misa Misa I shouldn't keep you away from the other guests. I'm sure there are some other lucky guys who want a dance with you." he says laughing.

He walks over to the Laywer and shakes his hand

"I am Karasu Ryden. Its nice to meet you."

Teru turns around and notices the man he wanted to talk to approach him and introduce himself. "I'm Teru Mikami, its nice to meet you as well. You have a great party going on here. A client of mine invited me so I hope its not a problem that I'm here."

"Oh course its fine. I know your client and he told me that he invited you."

He pushes Teru next to Misa

He walks off into his room and raises the latch hidden in a fake wall in his room. He pulls out his notebook and stares at it for a moment before tearing out a slight piece and stuck it in his pocket.

Ryuga stood in front of the building looking at a piece of paper. This was the address on the note he had recieved. All Ryuga was hoping for was a good night. The note states:

for some time now, during this reception I have felt a strange connection to you and I feel you might be able to have some answers for me. I understand you are a busy person, so I will make this brief...I would also like to meet you as well (hands him another note with his cell phone number on it).

Karasu looks at the man for a moment twildling with the piece of the deathnote which sat in his pocket wondering if he should use it on him. He smiles.

"Thank you. I'll be sure to keep a hold of this, but I must take my leave there are other guests whom I must attend to." he says smiling

"If he knows something then I will need to be more cautious if it gets worse" he touches the piece of paper again and looks at the number "He will die."

While walking Karasu fails to notice the person standing at the door until he almost bumps into him.

"Hey what are you doing out here?" he says pushing him into the party "This is not the place to just stand outside." He laughs.

As Teru dances with Misa, he notices that she is very open to people as a celebrity. She seems that she doesn't care that regular people are less important than her. Who is this girl? Teru dances some more with Misa to get to know her better.

Ryuga stumbles over to where Teru and Misa are dancing and to tell the truth he is really nervous. "H-h-hello I-i-i'm Ryuga G-g-g-g-genrisagi, pleasure to meet y-y-y-you b-b-both." He says with a nervous smile and a wave. Then all of a sudden he didn't feel as nervous anymore. It was wierd because at parties he never relaxed. Ryuga needed to stay on guard so that he could try to defy everyones attempts to make fun of him. But Ryuga felt like he could trust these people. And Ryuga's feelings are never wrong.

"Yes I'm fine."Ryuga states as he grabs Misa's hand and stands up. He then realizes he hasn't let go of Misa's hand yet and immediately lets go, blushing slightly. He then brushes himself off with his hands. And then he shakes Teru's hand. "Hello Teru." He says with a smile then looks at Misa and notices who it is. "And it is all my pleasure to be meeting you Miss Misa."

"Hopefully that little show was enough for me to prove my innocence just in case someone gets a little too curious. Maybe soon they will all realize that they are all kira supporters"
He closes his door and pulls out the torn piece of the deathnote just to stare at it for a moment
"It seems I didn't need this after all. I was hoping to kill off the paparazzi member while here, but I can wait for that. I need for someone to start out a riot first."

There was a commotion outside the room. One of the door guards was listening to an ear piece, nodding. Him and Nathanael whispered at the side of the room for a moment, and the head FBI agent there went back to the front of the room. "A man has just died of a heart attack in the lobby of the police station."

It seemed that entire wave of deaths have arrived. The news station, at that moment, reported the death of a man named Okudaira Akimasa, who died at a fitness center of heart attack.

Unknown to the police, another man also have died of heart attack: Kusunoki Hirotoshi at 17:43. Not long later, Morioka Shigehira died at 22:32.

The real voice of L,distorted by a special program used by him was heard from the speakers around the laptop showing the *L* letter...

"another death...mr Nathanael,please refer to the FBI files concerning these peoples and fill me in on their information....they were all KNOWN criminals right?and where were they shown for the last time?i suspect Kira needing something before killing them,as far as we know..he has the ability to kill by producing heart attacks using indirect methods ...i need to know what it is..."
