Since I already have one RPG open for application, but most people seem to have forgoten about it since I'm unwilling to start it before more people sign up, I'd like to put in another RPG.


RPG name: The Dark Age

What is it about?: A Beet the Vandel Buster RPG, in which players become Vandel Busters and fight against the demonic Vandels that plague the land during the Dark Age.

Extra information: Players will be able to become either a Buster or a Vandel, with according powers. Busters will be able to use Divine Power Spells, which have the elements of Fire, Water, Light, Air, and Thunder. Busters of Lv.20 or higher will be able to use a Saiga, an elemental weapon created by their very souls. All Buster will be able to use a number of weapons, such as spears, cuns, etc.

Vandels will be able to use Dark Magic Attacks, summoning powers from the underworld. Vandels will also be able to use NPC minions of varying powers.

Power Levels of Players characters will initally be determined by the number of posts they have at sign up.
Buster Players Lv. will be based a system of 10's to 400's. ei, every four hundred posts = 10 Lv.'s, with every other 40 posts determining a second number. ei: 440 = Lv.11
Vandel Power Lv.'s are called 'Stars', and are based on a system of 1 to 500. ei, 500 posts = 1 star.

One thing i would recomend is looking at the leveling system. I'd be level 140 according to this and would be able to anihalate most things in front of me compared to a lot of newer RPers. Also someone of the same post count would be what appears to be a lower level if he/she wants to become a Vandel over a buster.

First time making an RP. Bear with me.

Title: Xylith Gate

Setting: The planet is Earth. This story takes place in the late future, and in a state of utter Chaos. there are no large known civilizations still standing. The sun rises, engulfed in a black flame, and the Moon rises in a blood red illumination. All people are in major confusion.

Plot: This is the late future, and humans, who have been more curious than necessary althroughout their existance, had crossed the line. There had been a major discovery in a coal mining plant. It had appeared that a large closed doorway had been uncovered inside of a cavern. An excavation team was sent to open this door and find out what laid inside...
My character, who led the excavation team, had been the one to open the door. This was a terrible mistake. The door turned out to be a seal of the world of light to the alternate dimension of darkness, holding beings of great power banished there by the gods. The world was quickly overrun...
There are now many rebel groups, who are scattered around the land, trying to find a way to take back their world.

My character will be the leader of one group who will eventually make a conclusion.

There will be a large diversity of characters, and weapons available. It's realistic-ish, except for the demons, and there may be other exceptions.

RPG name: Weiron Chronicles

What is it about?: The Continent of Weiron has enjoyed a rigid two centuries of peace. The realm was split into three: Senikarth, the land of Steel of Sorcery; Kearon, the nation of Innovation and Development; and Reav, the Demon Land. Jut between these three great powers is a small area where few human, demon, and half-demons reside. The demons would have killed those that carried both their blood and that of humans, if it weren't for the holy barrier that's been erected to prevent just that. However, schemes have been made to see to it that the barrier is destroyed and bloodshed begins anew.

Extra information: I'm going to run this in a more classic way, allowing up to eight people as players while acting as Game Master. This RP will be run in chapters, depending on how much material I can come up with to reinovate the RP at those turning points and how far into the overall storyline I have in mind. (This means I may be asking you to edit the first post of my App/Discussion thread every now and then.) I'll be borrowing some of Jlsloane's character classes from an old RP from a year ago for this while adding a few of my own.

RPG Title: Bloodmetal Sensoo RP

What is it about? An RP set in modern times (Our current timeline 20xx) and in North-Eastern Europe.

Plot Outline:

The Union State of San Marco and the Confederacy of Anatolia had waged war upon theirselves with the issue of oil and resources being scarce, the two super powers had come to involve the Independent Union of Dalah and Republic of Polendicht with both Polendicht and Dalahs rich mining mountain range and deep see oilrigs in their sights to secede. With the failure of compliance seceding their territories, the Independent Union of Dalah and Republic of Polendicht both opposed San Marco and Anatolia on the date of October 17th, 2014 .

Advances of technologies in both The Union State of San Marco and the Confederacy of Anatolia ran high whilst Dalahnian and Polenian military generals and heads considered the option of allying with each other and have formed a pact to compensate for the lack of a much more advanced military equipment than they have at the moment.

3 years have passed since San Marco and Anatolia started the war and almost a year has passed since they involved Dalah and Polendicht, during the past 3 months they have pushed further into both countries. Winning battle after battle and ever getting closer to both the Dalahnian Capital of Jipkinta and the Polenian Capital of Grendt. *August 24, 2015*

Game mechanics are modeled after my last RP 'The High Seas' in which it uses the reload time feature.

Well... that's the basic idea of the RP, in the process though I'll have the RP'ers assign in groups or rather in Squadrons/Platoons as not to just use numbers and to assign tasks to each Squad/Platoon in the RP.

For rankings, I'll base them off of when the RP'er have joined BA and if he/she have a history of RP'ing, I'll review it and base it on both.

'Be adviced, this system hasn't been tested long enough in the 'High Seas RP' so I don't know if RP'ers will like it or not...'

Extra information: As a free form RP, players will be allowed to do as they will, but they must follow the basic rules of the game. The Royal Navy, (the baddies) are sending out a reward of any pirates captured or killed, which immediately starts a manhunt for all of them. The pirates are already fighting amongst themselves to settle scores of the past, but can they band together and ultimately stop the Royal Navy from threatening to wipe out the pirate way of life forever? What is it about?:
This RP takes place many years (exact time frame TBD) before the events of the FFX video game story line. It is the tale of two rival summoner parties, their race to defeat Sin, and the struggles that arise during their pilgrimage. The primary enemies with be monsters as always, the Al bed, and a faction of Sin worshipers. Each party will begin with having already acquired one summon and they will start from the temple they obtained their first summon from. The parties will travel around and acquire all summons before finally traveling to Zanarkand to find the secrets of defeating Sin.

What is it about: It will follow the unraveling of a wicked cult that is interested in only victims that have cheated death once in their lives. RPG Name: Ancient Souls.

What is it about: A new era of Shinigami's has appeared. A group of Shinigami Scientists have discovered how to make the spirit of a Zanpakutou be released where you can travel with the spirit in it's form while every one else with spiritual pressure can also see. It wasn't something they did by force but a discovery that could happen with every zanpakutou. With this new generation, almost every Shinigami roams around with their Zanpakutou Spirit. When they are about to engage in battle they can either put them back in the Zanpakutou to release Shikai and/or Bankai "or" they can merge with their Zanpakutou Spirit and become one. Only a few have found a way to successfully do Bankai while emerged with their Zanpakutou Spirit in them. Now they are facing one of the most deadliest Arrancar alive, the Arrancar as well found a way to release their Hollow Form within their Zanpakutou, but it is also controlled by them, which makes them more harder to defeat and also it will appear as somewhat a twin but with the same mind. It will seriously take a strong Shinigami to take them down, maybe even it may take 2 captains. The Arrancar now are trying to take over the human world once again and also to devour human souls to make their Arrancar Army bigger. The Shinigami will have to defeat these Arrancars in order to save the human race.

Description: Based off of the anime series, a new battle of the mafia is in order. It appears one of the mafia families Roster suddenly up'd and died. The whole family, and no one could find the culprit. Now the three remaining families are feuding over what had happened. Not only that, but some of them are planning to steal the Roster's family position and have powers of two families before anyone can find the true heir to the Roster family tree.

I RP'd a lot on the naruto site i was on before i joined ehre but i never tried starting my own so this is my first time, hope it sounds ok.

RPG name: Ryoushi
What is it about?: It is set in the future about 100 years from now. After the year 2012 people slowly began to gain superhuman powers there wasnt many people and the powers were weak. Fast forward to our time line which is the year 2110 and the people with superhuman powers have become hated and despised. They are still very much in the minority but there powers are more developed than before. The majority of these people live among humans, they never use there powers and they try to live as normal people. But some of those people didn't try to hide what they are and were forced out of jobs and houses having to commit crimes just so they could have money to keep living and to keep their families alive. Mafias and gangsters hired these mutants as hitmen, thiefs, bodyguards, drug runners and various other jobs. There powers became very useful to the criminal underworld.
Since the year 2080 a large section of the police was designated with the job of catching mutants and to keep them under constant surveillance they were called M.S.P.B which stood for Mutant Surveillance and Protection Bureau they worked closely with the military.
In the year 2110 after mutants began working for the criminal underworld a secret branch of the government were given permission to form a new team, a team of elite hunters. Some of which were previously members of the M.S.P.B, some were ex-military and some were even mutants. Their job is to wipe out any mutant commiting criminal offenses. They are above the law and work in complete secrecy. They decided to enlist the help of other mutants after realising that there wasn't many humans who could keep up with the mutants in the criminal underworld, they wanted to fight fire with fire.
Extra information: Players will play as either a mutant from the criminal underworld or a hunter that works for the governments secret division which is called Ryoushi. The majority of hunters will be human but some will be allowed limited mutant powers to help balance things out. Hunters can use any weapon they like from guns and explosives to swords and throwing knifes as long as it is something a human could wield. Mutants will have 3 abilities but they will all be based on the same power like someone based on fire can have fireballs as one ability, a tornado of fire as another ability and stuff like that. Or they can have one simple power like invisibility or super speed.
The Ryoushi are a completely secret organisation nobody knows about them not the police, the military, the M.S.P.B no one. With the exception of the president and the men who run the Ryoushi.

What is it about?: Devil May Cry of course. The RPG will be set 300 years after the events of the Devil May Cry universe. Dante, Nero and Vergil will not be present but nonetheless they will be refered to.

The human world and the demon world have merged together in a strange phenomina... the only way to revert it back to its former way is through obliteration of one of the worlds. Yet it is not as straight forward as demons vs humans as those who would profit from the warring races appear on the scene. There seems to be a group of mysterios people that seem resposible for the entire affair... but what is their true aim? and what would they achieve and gain from such a war? (Lol it sounds like a very scary gameshow)

What is it about?: Devil May Cry of course. The RPG will be set 300 years after the events of the Devil May Cry universe. Dante, Nero and Vergil will not be present but nonetheless they will be refered to.

The human world and the demon world have merged together in a strange phenomina... the only way to revert it back to its former way is through obliteration of one of the worlds. Yet it is not as straight forward as demons vs humans as those who would profit from the warring races appear on the scene. There seems to be a group of mysterios people that seem resposible for the entire affair... but what is their true aim? and what would they achieve and gain from such a war? (Lol it sounds like a very scary gameshow)

Extra information: RPGers can choose a race, religion and of course, what side they fight for.

RPG Name: To Cheat

What is it about: It will follow the unraveling of a wicked cult that is interested in only victims that have cheated death once in their lives. All the main characters would be people who have cheated death. And they banned together and decide they aren't going to be hunted and slaughtered like pigs. There will be supernatural things thrown in there and what not.


Extra information: The cult believes those who have cheated death with hold special religious powers within their organs. But because this is a Pg 13 site I won't be like entering in any cannibalism like.

What is it about: Based on Terry Brooks's Trilogy The Word and The Void.
Basically, the Void has demons, The Word, Knights. It is basically a magic type of RPG in the present Day.

The Void wishes to bring Chaos and Despair to Earth using his Demons, which could start a war to end all Humanity. The Word wishes to keep the World's magic balanced through his Knights, called Knights of the Word.

Extra Info: Knights carry staffs which can shoot an element that they are given [in this case the one they choose] And the Demons are servants of the Void, and have usually one Power. Check Wikipedia for more Info, just put in Word and Void and you can basically find out anything.

RPG name: The Archaic Towers.

What is it about?: Ok, this story is based on an imaginary adventure me and my brother had in our back yard when we were younger.

The world is one where magic is not common, but it is well known about. There is about a 1.5% that one who is born have a elemental ability. This is in an era where it is not medieval, but normal scientific principles are replaced with magic. There are a few schools around this world which teaches the art of magic to those who are born with this ability. This school is advised and kept in order by a society of elder wizards, who pretty much rule over the world. The school is important, because that is where the two main characters will start at, and begin their adventures.

The main evil character will be determined by any RPG'er who wants the position. I will go over it with them to find out what they will do as an evil main character. =P.

Extra information: The story revolves around two main characters, both who go to a school of arcana (magic arts) at the beginning of the RPG.

These two characters will be played by me, and by another RP'er, who I will interview and all of that to see if they are dedicated and all that enough to be the other main character. Both of us will be magic users, who have abnormally strong magic abilities, and will meet eachother and be very close throughout the RPG.

The magical abilities are varied, and are not all elemental abilities. Also, if people come up with a god enough description, they can create their own.

The main characters are weaker in general at the beginning, but they become the strongest at the end. The main characters will follow a set storyline, while the other characters will be able to have, within limits, as much freedom as they want. Of course, there is still freedom for the main characters, but they have the same goal, and the main point is for them to achieve this goal.

This is the world of Gathricca. The world at six distinct spots has a tower which fuels the powers of the earth, which have been in existence for as long as humanity remembers. It is said, that if one were to reach the top of one of these mystical towers, that that person would be granted the strength of that particular tower, thought to be the god's strength. Only two of the four towers have actually been conquered, and these conquerors are the Elders. these towers hold and produce beasts of terrifying numbers and strengths, who roam the earth. The closer one gets to the top of a tower, the stronger these creatures get, which is why civilization has made sure to avoid these towers, and these towers are all out on barren wastelands. One young boy, by the name of Jace Ishan (My character) has a dream of traveling around the world and making it to the top of each and every one of these towers and be granted with the powers of each. He sees this as just another challenge to conquer, for that is how he views life. Never knowing his parents, he enrolled himself into the school of the magic arts when he learned that he, himself had possessed a power of his own (Being the power of Wind). There he meets a student (other main character) who has just enrolled like himself, and shares a similar dream. They go through all of school, outlining and planning for their adventure...

What is it about?: This is a RPG about what the world in my head is envisioned as. It uses key elements from the past, present and future. As I invision them.

Extra information: It involves alot of demons humans and many other races for example types of Humanoids. I have always dreamed of such an amazing tale and I figured i might as well share the dream. There are 4 main groups. Devils,Whick consist of pretty much the main antagonists such as demons that hunt and kill anything that doesn't side with them. Angels, Which consist of a race of demons called the Damned because they chose to betray their demonic Brethren and turned on them and humans trying to defend themselves from evil. And the Simply named yet Feared Nuetral. These are Demons humans and other races that are together in achieving thier own secret agenda. The three are basically all after the same goal more or less. Complete control of the galaxy. Then there is the fourth group. The Bounty hunters who consist of greedy warriors seeking only money. They Hit each of the three groups for money and take jobs from almost anyone who has money to pay them.

What is it about?: In the year, 21XX, the world was corrupted by a war waging between Humans and the humanoid- alien race, Ragnas. The Ragnas thought that the planet Earth originally belonged to their ancient predecessors and that the Humans stole it from them. What they didn't realize was that the whole entire thing was based on some legend without any clue to who their predecessors were. So, in an act of ignorance, they started to attack the Earth using Mechs.

In response to this, Humans tried to make peace with the Ragnas, but they were too stubborn and Earth was now defending itself against an ignorant race. Thankfully, some of the Ragnas were kind and decided to help Humans fight back, and even figure out the secret to the ancient legend. A specific research and defense facility near the Carribean Islands was assigned to use their best resources to help defend the Earth and solve the mystery of the ancient Ragnas Legend. The facility had created something called S.U.I.Ts, System of Unique Intelligent Technology, where they used bioengineering to fuse the mind and personalities of a group of people into a biosuit and combine their genetic structure with a chosen few. By combining their genetic structures, the user of the S.U.I.T will gain the attributes of the S.U.I.T's former self and become one with it. Thus, gaining its intelligence, battle tactics, etc.
Extra information: The story is based around the Carribean Research and Defense Facility's S.U.I.T operators. Since each operator has to have a S.U.I.T with its own personality, you have whether have to wait for someone to sign- up as a suit or create your own. Also, each S.U.I.T operates its own Mech that is compatible with its original fight style.

The capsule looks like it is form this time but ot has been in there since the begging.But shortly the world and the being disappear and The leading technological superpower (Sector) has supplied the military with new mechas and a new project tried to complete earlier but failed drastically and ended the project and the world population. recantly the project was reopened and is almost complete.There project is being handeled by the lead R&D devision alpha squad. but as the life form dissapear a new enemy appear called the Dalagorans.They can destory ships fleets like nothing else.but this project called UNI-VERA has the ability to destroy them on grond level and actually hit them.But this fleet KAZR has aquired this pod and is trying to open it as they have the project on board to protect it.As they figure more out they more likely they will end up getting attacked.

What is it about?: In a distant world three races inhabit a planet known as droc’shar Magic fills the air the three races, the desert dwelling drie, the technology driven vinci and the mysterious and elusive thunder all live in mutual peace but the vinci are split the two factions battling it out for control of their place in droc’shar the first faction the monarchy of calpestare and the democracy of the battito in constant war.

Vinci
A race which shunned away magic and embraced technology creating weapons and gadgets which can wreck powerful destruction they build in a very steampunk style with huge unwieldly sets of cogs and boilers and pistons etc. The two factions take very different approaches to servitude and architecture the battito has more circular shapes with towers and more use of cogs in architecture with the symbol for the faction being a cog with two flags behind it, their outlook is that everybody is entitled to their opinion and vote. The calpestare take a squarer style on architecture with huge flat buildings, there outlook is undying loyalty to the king believing him to be a demigod and all powerful due to a large amount of propaganda. The Vinci speak English with certain words in Italian (names, weapons, technology).

Drie
The Drie are the second oldest race in droc’shar living in the harsh deserts of the west humanoid in appearance (apart from the djinn) but with darker skin they live in citys where the belief that the further down you are the better off you are as such larger cities will often form into huge craters with steps down the side. The Drie philosophy is based on the three elements which make up the desert. The first element is sand the never-ending tide which surrounds everything, the second element is fire from the blazing sun which beats down endlessly on the desert, and glass the amalgamation of the two other elements into a perfect substance which sheens like water itself but is solid like the land it sits on. They speak English with certain words from Afrikaans (names, weapons, technology).

Thunder
The Thunder the oldest known race in droc’shar live on their island of Bunri (separation) which is in constant movement around the surface of Droc’shar. The thunder live by two’s rules, do not reveal secrets of Thunder and eliminate anybody who seeks to find the secrets. The thunder believe they are more powerful than any other race, utilizing raw energy as weapons they are the heaven and hell of droc’shar. Their architecture is Aztec in origin with influences from Japan they speak English with certain words in Japanese (names, weapons, technology).

Extra information: Players will have inventories and they will be able to play as any race in a full world RP. Also this RP draws influences from the videogames rise of legends and netstorm.

Basic premise: The world is still being born, cities are generated through life energy within its own inhabitants. Everything is scrutinized down to the cellular level within various populations [think Gattaca] and families find themselves harboring children with inate talents. A pill was created and simply named Black Pill. In a way it was suppose to be the new steriods in the sense that it made the sick stronger physically and mentally. Allow terminally ill patients to you know go outside and everything. But sadly the Black Pill was showing no effects on the rats in the experiment known as Project Krozac. Now the pills experiments were suppose to be shut down, but the scientist thought it would be interesting if they took it themselves.But it was never the pills that created their mutations, they recorded feeling better and much stronger. But in just a few months dependency was set around the Black Pill. Without taking the Black Pill they would become horrendously sick and mentally shut down.They recorded the belief that the mutations occured after their minds began changing. A high amount of emotional stress creates the mutations. Somehow the Black Pill works chemically with emotional responses creating mutations such as tentacle monsters and "mutant zombies".Well Project Krozac was shut down after all the scientist mysteriously disappeared. The Black Pill was finished and went out to the public. And no one knows about these emotional chemical reactions.The world is about to mutate.

He was a mysterious figure cloaked in the night. He used his milky hands lighted by the moon to pull down the gray hood that belonged to his robe. His under shirt under his robes stained with blood. The isignia on his neck burned. He placed his unoccupied hand on his pale neck and touched the diamond shaped insignia. He stared down at the translucent bridge he was walking on. The water was dark and blue. He then looked up to see a gate, a massive black gate with tubes of blue data running through it. He took his left hand off of his insignia and placed it on the wound to his right side. He needed to stop the bleeding. He finally passed the red laser that detected life and allowed the gates to open. Now all he had to do was pass the guards. The door was opening slowly and he couldn't tell how much longer he could make it.

Now was the time to move, either they would notice him hunched over hood over his face held by his right hand. Or they would not. The gates began to open, they did that when travelers came by a laser at the end of the bridge detects life. He could see into the city made of skyscrapers, lights flashing, and neon signs burnout or just brand new ready to burn your lights. He had forgotten exactly why he traveled this way. He was almost passed the guards. But one of the passing lights shine on him. A drip of his blood was detected by the guards. A suspicious individual.

"Stop right there you're under arrest for supscious behavior", said on of the guards. He had to keep his oath of silence and ran into the city despite his wound. He needed to flee.

The Aliance is based around ground forces, and the Rebelion is an equal balence.

What’s it about? : It is set 100 years after the events to D grey man and the earl has returned again with a new army of akuma set to destroy the world new exorcists had been formed and the world seems to have remained the same. The black order is still very small and only consists of a single branch now based in Europe which dispatches to all over the world. More and more parasite innocence’s are being found but the main ones are still equipment type innocence’s. The amount of type 3 and 4’s appearing around the world has increased and the earl seems to be taking a step back and letting the akuma do the work.

Extra information: players will play as either side and the battle will be as in the Manga/Anime (to stop the earl destroying the world)

Sceptor Of The Ancients RP

Basic Premise:
It is the year 500 A.D. Politics and Science are the main topics of debate amongst the roman councilmen. The main focus is centered around two people with supreme influence over the minds of the subjugated masses: [no names as of yet]. For many years these people have ruled this court with an iron fist, using their superior intellect and status to greatly effect drastic change within their own populations. The country this story takes place in is Rome, but this version has been divided into 2 distinct religious factions as well as smaller indistinctive prefectures. On one side you would have the "Non-believers" or "Skeptics"; these people are always stubborn and obstinate, arrogant in their own right and follow science, more then politics or religion. On the other side of that side you had the "Believers" or "Zealots"; these people have and always will be devout in their pursuit of peace, understanding but more then anything: control and power.

But one day something that threatened to change all that found its way into being, by pure happenstance. To most it was called "The Sceptor Of The Ancients" a powerful tool that once wielded can physically manipulate thought, allowing any one person's true goals or agendas to permeate into the mind, changing it forevermore. This rumor had been going around for many centuries, but to this day no information on it had ever surfaced amongst this society, it was always half-spoken of like something shrouded in mystery. On the very same day of the sceptor's discovery, an urgent caucus was held in the roman court to discuss the fate of such an object. Many of the roman councilmen talked and deliberated until dawn about what should be done:

"Surely such an object would benefit all of mankind" some would say, "How do you know this "sceptor" will be wielded judicially? In the wrong hands it would just end up an instrument of terror!" others would also say to. This being the main concern amongst them all no one was confident anyone was ever going to arrive to a conclusion. The two people in question who had all the authority, all the power and all the supposedly right things to say spoke for the first time in decades:

"Very well...we shall put it to a vote. Whoever thinks the sceptor should be destroyed, say YES and whoever is opposed to such a ludicrous proposal, say NEY" suddenly silence filled the hallowed walls of the court, many of the councilmen couldn't believe their ears at what they had just now heard. It took until sunrise of the very next day but a verdict had been announced to all the roman citizens...the sceptor would be buried and not destroyed. It would be buried somewhere known only to one person, and this very secret would be guarded to the very last breath that person will ever take. Since no complete judgment was raised in the court the only thing both sides DID agree on, was a mutual agreement between the two...a temporary truce of cultures if you will. What is it about?: Based in the not so distant future :p a child and his mother are in hiding, a secret government file reveals that the child possesses the ability to give ordinary humans mutant powers. The ability isn't just limited to humans, it can give mutant powers to any living thing. The mother also has a unique power, she can give life to anything except the dead. Meaning she can give life to objects like chairs, pens, basketballs, cars, buildings. The mother is not a huge problem but the child is. A rogue group of mutants called "The Shattered" know about the childs abilities and want to kidnap him and use him as a way to become more powerful. The X-men have the task of finding the child and the mother, protecting them and making sure no one finds out how the childs powers work (to prevent them from abusing the powers)
Extra information: I'll RP as the child and the mother when needed. People can play as actual xmen from the movies (or the cartoon/comic but im not so familiar with that) or they can create there own person with there own abilities. I'll need people for both side, the xmen and the rogue group.

Lol, no problem Max. Someone would RP the individual who was entrusted with the guarding of the sceptor; as well as its location. There would be mainly 2 factions:

Faction 1: People who tend to favor Politics and Science [this group would consist of those "non-believers" or "skeptics" and were the main reason why the sceptor was chosen to be hidden. They are for the good of mankind as well as their people, uncorruptable and stout in their endeavors, your basic good.

Faction 2: People who tend to favor Religion [this is a rouse to deceive the other members of the councilmen] but in actuality, they are war-oriented yet strong-willed and tend to favor power and control more then anything. The basic governing bodies of their country, and tend to favor extreme measures; also a main reason why the decision for the fate of the sceptor took as long as it did, your basic evil.

[Both factions could consist of any # of RP'rs; and each faction has one leader who oversees their own parties members, makes all the important decisions and ultimately decides the actual fate of the long since forgotten sceptor]~ ;)

What is it about?: The Marvel comic universe, set in the future. All of the original heroes/villains have died, only leaving their children to carry on there name. While the heroes and villains are dead, they're names, legacies, and teams (X-men, Weapon X, Avengers, etc.) have not. Their children still carry the ideals of their parents, same hatred, same friendships. But, new heroes and villains are being born, from normal humans.

Extra information: Players have a choice of being either a decedent from characters from the Marvel universe (Wolverine, Deadpool, Hulk, Captain America, etc.) or becoming a brand new character. The teams can either be the same, or brand new.

RP name: soul swords
What’s it about?: It’s based on the soul calibur series. After Siegfried supposedly destroyed the two swords fifteen years ago the world was at rest for a short time before rumour came forth of a person finding a glowing red chard which sent an entire town mad slowly the news crept across the world and more and more people flooded to the town to find the shard believing it to be a piece of soul edge the great evil blade. Eventually more and more reports flooded in of similar shards and other shards which did things like heal blind men or provide huge crops. It didn’t take people long to put two and two together and soon fighters from all over the world were flocking to the locations of the shards of the two swords turning the world once again into a giant battlefield with people searching for one shard of maybe even a shard of both fighting over the fabled swords and as the world descends once again into chaos powerful heroes and villains present themselves with one goal. Find the sword destroy the foe. This time the field is level which sword will triumph and become the ultimate soul victor.

Long ago in the world of blue was a realm home to many beautiful and diverse islands. It was in this realm three powers came to rise. These powers, with their main island as a base of operations, began to expand their influence across the see and form kingdoms. However, their meeting was far from pleasant. Through conflict of interest these three took up arms against one another. In the ensuing war thousands sank into the dark depths.

After hundreds of years of constant strife the battles finally ended. At the Battle of Yyrt, an island smack dab between the three, was the site in which an island, as well as all those within and surrounding it, vanished in a bright light. The losses finally took its toll on the three powerful nations, and twenty years ago an truce was made between the three at the very site of the Battle. Since then, the realm has experienced an age of peace.

Extra Info: This will be a free form RP, in which the players will shape the story as they will. Rules for society will be established, of course, for the purpose of setting limits to how much can be made up. Working on a map will be an ongoing project for this RP.

The US took it under themselves to ‘cleanse’ the evil place the earth had become. Eventually the war broke out across the entire world raging for over 40 years before it subsided after the assassination of the US president. Now the war may be over but the scars it left behind carry on; the PMC’s, Companies who saw the profit in the war and started private armies and weapons manufacturing plants and fought under the countries. After the wars subsided the PMC’s carried on fighting seeing further profit from the continuing ‘Private wars’ they rage. Most of the population now lives in central Africa in what is known as the ‘Zeta-dome’ a huge dome which is impenetrable from any known weapons and no military activity is allowed in it.

The way to log on is the ability to turn yourself into data using a capsule[the size of a porta potty] these would be in the arcades and small disk to go in the corner of your room. They convert people into data and convert them back out when they log off. The game has hit off, but some children have been sent to the hospital. Some of the children somehow got their souls stuck in their game and their body in the outside world. The objective is to find the souls and bring the kids back. But as well uncover some of the darker secrets of the Abyss.

Extra Information: I will have 3 lost souls open, and 2 God Character slots open.
People will be able to make their classes and their own weapon class as well as profession with my approval.
Of course you can also choose from my default classes as well.
In the game since you won't be sitting in front of a computer, but rather in the game because you're converted to data. You can communicate with other members with floating online menus and computers that sort of follow your around.

The setting: Abandoned prefecture; part of south rural Japan. Because of a lack of revenue this part of the city was closed down due to restructuring. It has been in this condition for several years now, bordering on 10 years and hasn't even invited the slightest human presence to it in quite some time. Because of its history several people have considered the possibility for this: A] The prefecture was haunted by dark spirits from the underworld or B] Typical ghost town complete with rumors of mass suicides or homicides.

This prefecture stretches several kilometers; but in exact it only reaches out to about 5-6 miles. Every single building or business along the path or road in and out, has been closed. Every bridge leading in [except one] has been destroyed or fallen apart due to neglect, wear and tear from the passing on of time. Everything is overgrown or decaying, the town and its inhabitants completely removed [note: when the death toll reached staggering numbers it was eventually evacuated].

This has always drawn the attention of serial killers...

People wishing to make a name for themselves, this is where the story of several people who's fates have once again been intertwined, arrive on the scene of what could be their very real imminent death.

Plot: People basically get a text message stating: "The liar must die..." they all congregate to the main entrance of the abandoned prefecture, just before the one bridge leading in and out takes them away from it all. They all have something in common, they all have motive and they all want each other dead. All your cell phones are linked so you can freely talk to one another, but that also means you will know if something is amiss amongst your party.

RPG name: Break Through the Heavens!

What is it about?: In the far off future, humanity has evolved into a super futuristic society, capable of infinite possibilities. However, because of their constant evolution, the people of planet Earth have come under attack by a race of ultradimensional beings who hate all life which carries the evolutional power of the 'Spiral', a power which is present in all lifeforms with double helix spiral DNA. However, in their fight against these rulers of the universe, Earthlings have discovered a new form of weapon, mechs called 'Gunmen'. Now the only hope for humanity is for an elite group of warriors who can control the Spiral Power to take the fight to the 'Anti-Spiral'.

Extra information: In this RPG players can choose either the side of the Spiral Warriors or the Anti-Spiral. Anti-Spiral characters are basically a hive-mind, but players will be represented through individual avatars, which can look however they like. Anti-Spiral characters will get to control a variety of futuristic weapons and powers, and can basically do whatever they want, as they are basically the universe. So no limits. Go crazy.
Spiral Warriors are not without defense though. They will get to pick a mech of their own, along with a ship. Once more, go crazy. In the show this RPG is based off of, the final space battleship the main characters got was the size of the moon. What is it about?: Spies is about an evil side called The International Assassin Spies or the IAS for short...you can join the IAS if you want to be evil and you can also be apart of the MI6 or the CIA. The CIA and the MI6 have to team up to defeat the IAS who are trying to take over the world in an attempt on World Domination. The MI6 and the CIA have tryed all of there best spies to take out the leader and all the attempts have failed. So, they have to join together to defeat the IAS leader....Maxwell Anderson. So, who will win the IAS or the MI6 and CIA?

What is it about?: It's a One Piece RPG.
So: It's the golden age of piracy! Upon the death of Legendary Pirate King Gol D. Roger, pirates all over the world have set off in order to find his treasure known as 'One Piece'. But it's not so simple as X Marks the Spot. Across the four primary seas are countless dangerous pirates seeking treasure. And for the few who begin their true journey across the Grandline, the dangers only multiply. And in a world dominated by ruthless tyrants, beings with super natural powers, giant sea creatures, and those with skills beyond imagining, nothing is what it seems.

Extra information: Players will first have the option to choose whether they want to be a pirate or a navy officer. Beyond that they'll get to choose a rank and position aboard a ship, and what kind of combat they use. Players will also get to create a ship if they choose to be a captain. Players who choose to be captains can recruit others into their crew. A player who wants to be in a crew can either ask, or be asked by the captain.
Players can also choose whether or not they have a devil fruit power, and if they choose to have a devil fruit they can either choose one from the series, or make one up.

Basic Premise: For centuries mankind has longed for a cure to their own inhumanity, they want to break free from the restraints that lure them into darkness. At long last in the year 2087 a "miracle drug" was born, once ingested the chemical inhibitors inside a capsule contain the ego, emotion and trap it deep down inside themselves. People become friendlier, more alert and aware of their surroundings and eventually, the world slowly heads towards recovery - a mutual coequality of sorts. During the day everyone is normal, everyone takes their daily recommended dosage and goes about their lives: contented and blissful. During the night however while people slumber the side of themselves people repress and imprison, integrates itself into a human-like form and wanders the streets of "Paradigm City" unleashing their full fury upon their fellow man.

It is as we have feared, we finally have to face our demons...and our demons...have always been ourselves.

When everyone wakes up from their slumber, reads the news, watches the news or sees the city in ruin - everyone starts to turn to "Gencorp" the leading research and pharmaceutical company in the area solely responsible for this outbreak of oppression. The main concern of the local government is containing this situation before it develops any further, but the only flaw to that is "Paradigm City" population: 1.3 Million inhabitants. There were only 5-6 reported special cases "aware" of their manifested rage and when the local authorities eventually failed to do something about containment - everyone turned to them.

What it's about: Nora is an anime about demons who fight each other over the state of the world. To keep things in check, the leader of the Demon World, the Dark Liege, appoints a Chosen One who fights with a Cerberus and will one day replace him/her. The cycle was supposed to go on and on...but the Resistance was formed to try and murder the Dark Liege and put themselves into power. The Dark Liege has Generals, Lieutenant Generals, and basic troops, while the Resistance has Unit Leaders, and troops.

RPG name: The Tournament
What is it about?: Every ten years a special event is held by the criminal underground. At the beginning of every decade the worlds greatest Assassin's take part in a tournament. The tournament is watched by bosses from the criminal underground and corrupt politicians who come from all over the world. They drink, eat fine food and take bets on who will win the tournament. Watching the entire thing on a 78 inch plasma screen. The Assassin who wins the tournament will win fifty million dollars and will earn the title of the worlds greatest assassin. The goal is to find and collect all three boxes and deliver them to the end line. You need to have all three boxes before you can deliver them (you can't do them one at a time). The boxes are small and made from a light bullet proof metal.
Extra information: It is set in the modern day. It will most likely be set in britain somewhere, Players will rate their character in different fields (stealth, gun play, blade skill, explosive skill, perception, speed, agility etc).

What is it about?: this is a RP about 3 different colonies, Marach; the 'good guys' they are lead by a leader that is slowly being turned by the tyrant leader of the Echo clan Bardous. the 3rd and final clan is the murchant clan of Mitachi, they are an easily... perswaded to fight for a different clan

thus the story starts, the time is 2543 on a planet called Alpha Corie 3. the game is based around elements and channaling. the planet is based around 4 basic elements, Fire, Water, Wint and Earth. No one person can use all 4 but it is possible to use 2.

Everyone will be alowed up to 2 elements, and up to 3 weapons

classes are;

Its the year 2023. Each and every city hosts a "lottery" in order to curb population outbreak within their borders. Once 6 people are selected a day they must register at a substation with their ID. Once the registry goes through that person is removed on the spot, never to be seen again. They are swept away behind the scenes, given the "treatment" and then their identity is given to those who have proven themselves more beneficial to society. An innocent bystander secretly records what actually happens within "The Temple" (the holy place where people who win the "lottery" go to die). His eyes witness gruesome horrors as souls are extracted from the bodies of the "winners" and used to prolong the lives of those who run the game. Each and every day the world gets that much more silent, this man only has days before he is found, and forced to play the "lottery."

But... aside from all that, I would like to take another shot at an RPG. So here I go with it. :D

Bear with me, because I am about to try my hardest to make this as groundbreaking as possible, and hopefully spark some interest into some roleplaying activity.

The main focus of the RPG is inter-galactic/galactic/planet vs planet/continental/state warfare. Now, the planet, and continent is limited to one right now, as there will only be a small number of applicants to start. Each person will have to apply, as one normally would, but I expect a much more detailed and thorough job done with each application. I am hoping to make a solid start, and allow the RPG to expand, and bring all sorts of people into it. Fun, no?

Alrighty then, onto the description of the setting, territory, time period and all that.

Planet Rakirra:

Tavath: A prosperous human colony, residing on the east coast of the largest continent of Rakirra, Halko.

Tavath is a diplomatic nation, at the peak of economic salvation, leading the world in trade, and in internal production. The army of Tavath is massive, and well trained, in hundreds of different skilled divisions, from bio- genetically enhanced physical combat, to massive, powerful weaponry, to genetically superior beings able to use mental force as power.

The colony faces one major issue though, the growing monopoly in trade of Tako-Corp, a foreign business of all branches, mainly weaponry which has grown immense and expanded world-wide. Aside from being one of the most powerful trade industries, it is the largest. It is also completely corrupt. The company grows, and begins to take small businesses inside of Tavath itself, and many surrounding nations are beginning to become tense, as if there is a war about to happen.

May it be true the near-perfection of Tavath, the rest of Rakirra is in turmoil, many countries actually overturned by Tako-Corp, or just being too stupid to run themselves. For whatever reason, war seems imminent.

(Optional; if cadet, and of the age of 16. One does not have to be a fighter to be in the military, so if that is the case, enter your desired position, and we will discuss it. One can be placed in one of three main branches; Melee, Weaponry, or Force. We will discuss the further details once accepted.)
Profession:
(If not a military recruit, and make it reasonable. Still, we will discuss minor details.)
Ethnicity:
(Optional; Just allows a more detail stimulated interaction. Just describe the ethnic appearance.)
Sex:
(Gender, obviously. Discrimination against gender is very rare in Tavath, theugh occur commonly else-ware.)
Appearance:
(Eyes, hair, brief facial structure, brief clothing selection.)
Body Composition:
(Fat, Skinny, Muscular, etc. Describe what the character is, like, bulky-muscle, or like, no-muscle skinny, or muscular, with fat, or pure muscle. Be creative.)
Moral Values:
(Ok, D&D terms here. Call yourself good, bad, or nuetral. Then add whether you are Lawfully good, bad or neutral; or chaotic good, bad or neutral. Ex. Lawful good, chaotic neutral, lawful bad, chaotic good. Lawfuls follow the book, chaotics do what they want. So one can be good, but still do whatever they want to do good, or one can follow the rules, but still be bad, like a bad politician. Get it?)

(Nice, mean, fun, boring, whatever. Tell me as much about your character as possible. BE CREATIVE!)
Biography:
(Remember, Tavath is near-perfect, don't act like there is chaos when there isn't. You SHOULD be from Tavath, but if you would like to come from somewhere else, we can discuss it. Otherwise, be creative as you want, It will be fun seeing how some characters develop.)

What is it about?: Well its kinda the bleach episode when they all go to the bleach, its more of a social RP but you can spar or whatever with wooden swords or sticks, I will probably also RP as a hollow showing up here and there.

Well, its not really for sparring...its more of (Gah hard to explain =P) Its generally just to have fun, but RPing, like a coffee shop forum but RP.
Alot of people have told me that they'd enjoy RPing in it, its basically just a place to have fun, a place thats not based on anything, thats non-canon (In a sense anyway, its still bleach though ><)

It is basically like normal rping, but the roles are switched, and players get a chance to rp their own zanpakutos. This area allows players zanpakutos to become materialized into the real world, and they are looking for some great fights with others. Abilities may differ depending on players and zanpakuto. The characteristics of their character should be that of their zanpakutos, and this could possibly help those that are still developing theirs, to get a better insight and work with it.
