Mozilla owns. Internet Explorer is so old and it has heaps of ads popping up. I use ad-ons such as the Foxy Tunes ad-on.

I prefer Internet Explorer. I do not understand this Firefox trinket at all. I have attempted to learn, to gain knowledge, but I have come to understand that it is simply bad, and not my issue but the issue of it.

firefox is much better. as well as inventing tabbed browsing, they have built in pop up blockers and a download manager. this looks after all of ur downloads and keeps them in one window, not 5 or 6 like ie does. and on top of that it will only download 2 files at once. i know this sounds bad, but it queues the rest of them up, so rather than having 5 or 6 half downloaded things, u have say 3 fully downloaded things and the rest queued. pure genius. the other thing firefox has that microsoft doesnt is a lack of addon junk. like not having a phishing filter, and not rememinding u that ur going to a website every 5 seconds for 2 hours before actually letting u view it. it also has a much more sensible layout than ie7, which came out AFTER firefox, tried to rip them off and stuffed it up. overall, firefox=good, ie=bad.

i dont see why IE is bad. works fine with me. haven't tried firefox yet though. i don't know why but i don't like tabs xD IE also has them now. i guess i'll stick with IE. some things don't work on firefox that do work on IE.

I couldn't live without the tons of addons I use, as well as my NASA Night Launch theme. A really useful addon I use it called "Mouse Gestures". It allows you to simply hold the right button down and move it in a direction. The direction you move corresponds with different commands. Ex. left - back, right- forward, up - new tab.

IE is such a terrible browser. anytime i try to watch a streamed video, it never works, and i'm like, what the hell. then i look and see its IE, so after a quick, ewww, i switch back to firefox.

mozilla firefox is greate love the way you can tab thingis instead of having 10 different windows up making you confused
used explorer but after i was at a friend who had firefox i DL it and used it ever since =P

I couldn't stand not having tabs like in firefox. Also firefox has the best addons, such as mouse-gestures, with mouse gestures I can switch tabs, close and open, go back and forward all with just using my mouse, talk about cconvenience

btw, has anyone heard of a browser called oprah? ive seen it, they have tabs, aparently they had it before firefox, but meh, i like the firefox tabs better. ive looked at it, but the layout seems all wrong. they have a speed dial thing, but its kinda like and annoying version of the bookmark system. again, something else that firefox has perfected. i mean seriously, the bookmark manager, pure genius. i normally hated having to sort out bookmarks with ie, but with firefox, open the manager, and bam, easy as.

Uhh. IE is more of a business type of thing for most people while Firefox is more of a gamer thing. In the long run, it all depends on the user; I myself use firefox though.

Mozilla Firefox pwns Internet Explorer, and all others.. I used to use Internet Explorer, but I ended up switching to Mozilla Firefox. I noticed less lags, less crashing, more secure surfing.. It just owns.

FireFox is better than Interent Explorer, I want disagree with that. It is newer and has less security problems than Internet explorer, but known the less it still does have it's problems. If you are having trouble with watching Video with Firefox, you have to download an attachment that does not come with it. I have used it in the past and it does not freeze up as much as Interenet Explorer, the Window also exits out faster. It is kinda of a draw for me to choose between one or the other, but for most people firefox is better than explorer. So Firefox wins the debate.

I like the plug-ins on firefox, along with the "restore session" feature. Plus, my IE always says that it is not responding and needs to close when I press the "Close" button...

i personally use fire fox
but to be more specific Fire fox is way better than IE 6
IE 6 doesn't have tabs which is a very basic thing
Firefox has a very large variety of skins and add ons so that anybody can optimize the use of the browser
it has a built in download manager (which by the way isn't very good-I use FDM) and the IE6 doesn't
and in windows XP if the IE didn't respond the whole system didn't respond
and you couldn't even look through your files
that's the reason's i personally used Fire fox and not IE6
Now that IE7 is on the battle i must admit that i don't know the subject very good
I know the benefits from fire fox and i know that IE7 has tabs for the rest of the disadvantages i don't know because i haven't tried IE7

ps. Fire fox is free and IE7 is a product that is promoted by Microsoft and we all know what that means

i use IE7 on vista and i have it regularly that IE gets stuck and i can't open any documents and programs anymore. just to mention it's not only on XP and it's still in IE7

IE7 & Firefox are the best
i would stick with fire fox if you like to mess around with you browser customazation
