Good at video editing? need help!

well in bleach whenever a big reiatsu (dont know if i spelled that right) shows up. this effect shows up. it like shakes the screen kinda and its a cool effect. it was towards the end of 143 just for reference. i was wondering if theres any video editing programs that can do this effect. if you know please reply and please tell me what program it is and how to do it

i do have some knowledge of video editing programs and i think that finalcut pro might have that effect but i am not certain and final cut pro will set you back a hundred or two dollars.

what kind of video editing software do you use?

you can get the same effect with After Effects 7, and Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, unlike final cut where their is presets for almost everything and if you don't know what your doing you can get lost pretty quick, premiere pro is more simple and easly gets the job done just the same,

you can always download a sample of the program off the net and make a something quick if you lack the funds for these expensive programs

they can run you alot if you don't have the right connections
