Hi, I realize you are still new to the forums so I'll let you in on a secret. Read the first page of every thread you post in. First, it clearly says to clear your training with the Cap/VC, which you did neither. Second, you aren't even in a division so you can't apply even if you wanted to. What you posted in the Shikai training thread was a stupid, pointless, annoying, message. a.k.a. SPAM. Please refrain from doing so again.
