Ven, I would like to clarify that I did rank Jeno based on contribution. As long as one meets a 15 post per month quota, activity does not matter, whether it be 15 or 100 posts. I do not claim Jeno to be the best of my subordinates, there are many things he has to work on. But by saying he has gained his seat on activity alone, is an indirect attack on myself, and my ranking. I doubt you were aware of this, though. And I don't believe a person attacking any clan or faction in character is being a jerk. It's rp. If I had a character who was born to cause trouble, he wouldn't visit your clan and give it flowers. He'd give it fire and brimstone instead. I think... to derep him over actions in your clan may be over the top.

As for you, Jeno. There is a limit to what you should do in places like clans, or headquarters. I'm not totally aware of the situation, but even if you weren't at fault, you could have discussed this like a gentleman, rather than saying something like "you complained about posts that make perfect sense." That is an inexcusable argument that is more of an insult than a retort. What makes sense to you only does because it popped up in your head and yours alone. Others, regardless of skill, may not be able to interpret your thoughts based on how you described them.

I would rather avoide a feud in my division. 7th is not a place for drama. Please, both of you, make peace and amend. I'd rather have allies than enemies, regardless of silly personal feeling and judgements on another's style or ability of roleplay.
