Damage inflicting or just messy, small explosions? They would have to look like ice cubes/chips so as to go unnoticed in the drinks. If they don't inflict damage, I am not even sure you would need to ask prior permission from anyone. Which reminds me, I palmed one of Crono's pills last year and still have that.... XD

Absolutely fun. What do you think of slipping pill-shaped compressed time bombs into the drinks of random people? Is that allowed?

The one thing I forgot when you asked about experimenting on our own - Crono used to do things like (with permission) rp slipping a couple of division members a pill that caused them to rp thinking and acting like they were in a movie (they did Kill Bill once, before I joined) for a short time. So, in that respect - yes, you can do things to people with their prior permission. Been awhile since anyone did something like that. Would be fun.
