To get to a higher rank, you need to take part in a special mission. But, it won't be set up quite yet. and as for S-Class, yeah, there are the exams for that.

I'm not starting a dark guild yet. But you can join as a solo dark mage, and when the time comes, there will be a mission and stuff when you establish the dark guild, sound cool?
