This includes:

• One hit knock outs
• Controlling your partner without their permission (includes making your attack hit them or even by just grabbing them)
• Not letting any of your opponents blows hurt you
• Instant Regeneration (regenerating in the same post)
• Never taking any damage or losing reiatsu. Reiatsu is NOT LIMITLESS
• You have to give your opponent the chance to counter-attack your moves.
• Any draws will be have to be judged by at least 3 outside division members.
• If someone wants to post that they are taking a seat to watch the spar, that is fine. However, there will be no interruptions of the spar.

  Not really frail, I can stand my ground against other people's hits to some extent. My strikes would surely hurt frail people. My might belong to the scrawny class of people.
• Power (Reiatsu amount): 25
  I belong to the high tier of 15th seat class fighters in terms of Reiatsu. I would rival against a low tier 14th seat in terms of Reiatsu.
• Kidou / Reiatsu Control: 0
  • I cannot use Kidou. I can at least do Soul Burial.
  • I can't control my reiatsu, unless an external device does that for me.
  • I can't channel reiatsu anywhere.
• Hakuda (Hand to Hand): 0
  Brawler. Basic punches/kicks which could leave many openings.
• Zanjutsu (Swordsmanship): 17
  I am not very skilled, but I still know, to an extent, how to handle a blade, at least most of the basics.
• Mobility (Shunpo and Reflexes): 39
  I am building a fair speed. It's still low, but it's fairly higher than many. Reaction times are fair as well. I can use Shunpo just fine. Although, the distance is quite low.

  • I have achieved Shikai and have a perfect control over the 1st ability.
  • I have unlocked the 2nd Shikai ability. It is yet under development.

  • In addition to Soul Burial, I potentially can fire up to Bakudo/Hadou #30. The spells from 20 to 30 require, in order to hit, full focus on my behalf when I fire them.
  • If I add all the spells I fire before passing out (if fired at full power), it gives 19.
  • I can hide my reiatsu completely.
  • I can channel bits of my reiatsu at parts of my body, though not very efficiently.
• Hakuda (Hand to Hand): 14
  Definitely not a brawler. I am not very skilled, but I am still better than brawlers. Most likely an underdogger.
• Zanjutsu (Swordsmanship): 0
  Basic flailing of my blade, no more. My movements are not accurate.
• Mobility (Shunpo and Reflexes)/Santen_Kesshun: 16
  I have understood that without speed, I cannot survive. As a consequence, I am training. It's still a very low speed, but it's fairly higher than many low seats. My reaction times are not very, very slow... just very slow, compared to the regular.I have also discovered a technique which is said, if mastered, to allow oneself to travel long distances in very short periods of time, and it is named Shunpo.

My move, huh...

*Valter bows his head slightly, allowing his long red hair to shield most of his face, his cigarette still smoking like a little orange hell. Valter's body very slightly tenses, his muscles bulging out just a little bit more, the lines of his body becoming more edged and sculpted, and he looks dead at Lulu with a single red eye.*

Alright then!

*Valter runs towards Lulu, bringing his sword up above his head in both hands, slanted to Valter's right, and uses Shunpo to close the gap, appearing half a meter in front of Lulu to slash down so fast the sword hissed through the air, in order to reave through Lulu's head, in a line from left temple to the middle of his chin in a single bloody slice. While doing so, he gave attention to his footing, assuming a square stance with his right leg forward and bent, while his left leg was leaned back for balance.*

Lulu see's Valter dash at him & appear slashing blade down at his head. Lulu folds down towards the ground & balances on his front toes & his gem glows summoning a barrier.

Santen_Kesshun, I reject. Oh god your fast, If I said that any later it would have been to late.

Lulu keeps pressure on the barrier as it grinds against the sword. As he thinks of his next attack.
