Arching through the clouds and stretching out its fearsome neck to roar thunder and lightning down onto the earth below, these plains are the homeland of the Blue Dragon, Seiryuu, master of wind and storm. In these innocent looking fields, the weather can change in an instant from clear skies to a full blown thunderstorm, and with the grass as dry as tinder, the lightning is as much your enemy as any potential sparring partner!

Even on a calm day, this place is deceptively gentle in its appearance, for the sharp edges of the grass and the barren nature of the location means that you have nowhere to hide...

Seiryuu's glittering gaze watches down from the heavens, prepared to pass judgement on any who does not meet his terrifying standards!

Notes for Division members:
Please reserve your spot in the Seiryuu ground before posting here.

God modding will summon Seiryuu to strike you down with a particularly nasty bolt of lightning to the brain. Unless you fancy being the hors d'oevres on the Gods' menu this evening...it's better not attempted.

Members from outside the division:
You are welcome here for training or for sparring but these spars also have to be arranged via the sign-in sheet and can only take place with a member of Thirteenth Division involved. (This remains at the Captain's discretion).

RYC is optional but should be agreed between sparring partners before beginning. RYC is not compulsory in Thirteenth Division.

And a message from our cleaning staff:
Please try not to die too messily whilst sparring in the dojo.

All victorious sparring partners or trainers are responsible for scraping up the remains of their victims/opponents/students and transporting them to a safe place away from the plains so that the next unsuspecting set of souls can begin their training.
