“What is odd to you and what is considered odd in the general sense of the word are two different things entirely. I won’t deny I don’t know you that well but really who does you being only several months into your existence. I would like to get to know you better but will not accept grief over that which is outside of my control.”

Shrugging he replaces the watch like contraption back into his uniform before walking slowly towards where refreshments where to be had. After consuming several cookies he took some water gulped it down and returned to his task of fetching his sister a drink. Not knowing what she would prefer meant he had to bring several choices hoping that she would find one to her liking. So he poured a glass of water, a glass of punch, a glass of whisky and a glass of sake. He placed them all upon a tray he found lying on a table and brought them back to his sister with a pleasant smile he knew would more likely than anything be for naught.

“I have brought you several choices sister, please tell if you like any if not I will attempt to procure something a little more to your liking.”

Once more the ringing from before began to sound, this time he reaches inside his uniform with his left hand, his right still holding the tray, and turns the device off.

"Dont tell me something about oddity, brother." she said and before
she could continue, he was gone. Nocturna looked around. Many
people gathered. The dark view she had before, this glare, vanished
into a shy glance from person to person. She nervously fondled around
with her small slender fingers. She looked at her brother as he brought
her a tray of stuff. Nocturna had no idea about drinks beside water,
coke, and milk, and inhaled every drinks scent. Sake and Whiskey
smelled like pure poison to her, but the punch was intriguing. She took
the glass carefully and took a small sip, thanking her brother as the
taste was pleasingly sweet. A moth, a sweet tooth. She looked at
her brother with her big round eyes and a small hint of childlike amusement
was shooting like a small shooting star through her eyes.

Carlos nodded in agreement as Sensui agreed that it was a while since they last met but there meetings were of passing by and exchange of names, never really conversing anything more.

" Hmm I can't recall its been that long, but all is good with myself"

He then furrowed his brow at the questioned posed to him on the subject of his legion being under threat whilst he was at this event.

" I may not leave my throne often ... but when I do, I know my Dragons look after it"

Refreshing his drink Danjo reached inside his obi for his soft pack and drew out a menthol while finding someplace to rest. It had been sometime since his division played host to such a formal meeting. For the most part, everyone seemed to be in good spirits and were conversing amongst themselves; while enjoying whatever his division had to offer. "Seems the natives are getting restless." Danjo said as he clicked his lighter. "Maybe I should put some music on before people start killing each other >.>"
