She probably has a bankai considering she is powerful and has to be considering she is vice captain. Its a given she has a shikai or else she wouldn't be a vice captain

Hmm I'm not sure have the anime even showed her shikai yet,and she probably does not have a bankai or just never trained it because she is always with Zarakai.

I really dont think she has bankai....considering that
we haven't seen her shikai yet.. We dont know how
strong she really is.. The only thing we know is that
she is extremely fast... >_< but I dont want to think
that she hasn't achieved a lot in all these shikai, bankai
thing like Zaraki...

I dont think Yachiru has a bankai yet.Not because i think shes a kid or she looks weak or something...i just dont feel shes at that stage yet...gut feeling, hard to explain
