Hmm you haven't really hidden this well as your title gives it away ALOT! If you could edit this and maybe hide the captains too it wouldn't spoiler as much. In the anime we don't even know others are coming yet.

Well for those who havn't read the manga...

Byakuya kills Le Roux's released form using his bankai. Le Roux controled Bykuya's arm and leg so he cut them so that they cant be used. Then, he used Rukia to attack him but Byakuya just used the Binding Spell 64 thingy (six rods of light or whatever its called) on her. Mayuri eventually killed Syazel after he came back to life in Nemu's body however Nemu had a certain drug inside of her making Syazel a super human. This then makes every second feel like 100 years or so but his body is still living the same time as Mayuri. Therefore, his brain cannot react to Mayuri and so Mayuri stabs him and he feels the pain for like 500 to 1000 years or so in his mind. And so he dies. Zaraki is fighting against Noitra at the moment and we havnt' really seen them fight yet. Unohana encountered the Execuitres but they fled because she was a captain and they thought she was really good at fighting even though she said that she came to heal their wounds... so.. yeh.

Byakuya had to cut the left arm and leg that were being controlled by Amor. Mayuri also lost his invention and vice captain, Nemu, to Szayel.

We already know Byakuya has defeated one of the espada, Mayuri has also defeated one, Zaraki is in mid fight with one, and Unohana has yet to be approached by one

remember before the shinigami went back to soul society, captain yamamoto said there would be a battle in the winter or something like that. but yea i dont think he said anything about hm...
wonder if any mods could change the title to winter battle please.

So far they all had triumphs and I think that Kenpachi will have a good time not just by beating Nnoitoro but also having fun! Although I can't say anything about the Captains and the top four Arrancar faceing off, but that should be fantastic to read. You never know Ichigo and the gang could defeat the top four Arrancar too.
