As the title suggests, this thread is exclusively for the design and discussion of the White Moon Village thread in the Koi Pond. It is open to all Division Members and Guard of Honour members of the 13th Division. If members of other divisions desperately want to make suggestions about this topic, please PM them to Tsuki and I - but this is predominately for 13th Division people.

For those who aren't completely clear, this thread will be a new OT in which Division members, new division applicants and new non-division members to BA can come and post and get to know each other properly.

The idea is to have four seasons within the village, either at the same time or one at a time.

For each season (winter, spring, summer, autumn) we need to have a 'theme', pictures to support that theme, a 'key attraction' that makes that season unique and special in a random-town way, and anything else division members think is important for that season. Most of all I want this thread to reflect 13th people stuff, and the things members want there (even if they are crazy, and you know, penguins xD)

Please state clearly in your post what season you are making suggestions for.

The thread poll is a simple one or the other choice as to whether we should have all four seasons running in the village in one go, or whether we should rotate them. If you have no strong opinion, voting is not compulsory .

All usual BA rules apply.

I voted for "We should rotate through the seasons, having one at a time to keep the thread fresh and different."

I think the other option might get a little confusing/messy at times. Rotating through the seasons would make things simpler as well as add a natural feeling to the thread. And we could say things like "I can't wait till winter is here" =D

I voted the same as the other votes polling for the same thing...

Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter and you would have maybe someone posting seasonal pictures for each transition

The maybe someone could organize a fun event or something coinciding with each season and what each would relate to, you know. Serene's idea (Shiba Kaien Memorial Garden) could fall either in Spring or Autumn.

I voted for the rotating seasons because as what Ducky said, it will be confusing if all seasons were set on the same time...another thing, if the seasons are gradually rotated, the trends, clothing, events and actions of people will follow the current season setting.

By the way Star, what's parasailing?? sorry random question...

May I suggest that in every season we should have different home appearances example, for winter, we could set the houses in igloos

A hot chocolate fountain? (Seriously, Star, are you able to find an image for literally anything? xD)

I love the pumpkin houses =D THey're so cute. And I also agree that the living quarters in this village should change season by season. (We will have at least one igloo in winter and penguins since I promised Ducky xD).

And I'm preferring rotating seasons too. It means the thread will hopefully keep being active with the different environment.

Although I did have one thought last night.

We have at least 2 members who are in Australia and seasons there are opposite to here.

Are we going to go with the northern hemisphere change in the seasons and flit between them on BA as we do in real life? Or are we going to invent our own time wheel and change seasons automatically regardless of what the month is...?

Denan and hunts, your opinion on this especially would be helpful, if you have one

The little huts are a nice idea. Hrm. It fits with the igloo thing as well. Maybe for summer we could have tree houses or houses on stilts, what do people think??

And Reo, if you ate your house, you'd just have to sleep outside .xD

I think the 13th should have their own seasonal change. Maybe every three months or so the season in the village changes to the next one? Just because Spring is the season of new life, I think we should start on Spring.
