An Unexpected Visitor:

Cyclonus Zaero, Twelfth Division Captain, sat up suddenly and looked around the room he was in. He took a breath and calmed his nerves; he still wasn’t used to waking up in Kazumi’s bedroom. He looked beside him at an empty spot in the bed and frowned a little sadly at the empty spot. He smiled a moment later at a small note lying on her pillow. He picked it up and read it; Kazumi apparently had left about an hour ago. He threw the covers back and jumped out of the bed. He walked over to a nearby dresser and picked up the clean Shihakusho he had put there some time ago. He quickly got dressed and made the bed, something he never cared to do to his own bed before heading to the kitchen to look for something to eat.

“How does she find the time,” the Shinigami Captain asked to himself as he picked up one a half-dozen mixed berry muffins.

Greetings Frederick,” echoed an unknown voice in the back of the Shinigami’s mind.

“Woah,” Cy said as he spun around and searched the room for the one whom had touched his mind and spoken to him. “Where the,” he began as his eyes settled on a large falcon sitting on the sill of an open window, he froze as the bird locked eyes with him.

You got it,” the bird thought at the man in the room.

“Horus,” the Shinigami asked in a very confused tone, it had been nearly three and a half centuries since he had seen the Spirit Guardian from Egypt, whom when he was a human was closely associated with. “How are you able to be here,” he continued shocked that the Egyptian being was able to manifest himself at all in the Soul Society.

One this isn’t the real me, it’s just an avatar I created for this communication,” the Egyptian god replied with a slight mental chuckle. “Secondly, I’m able to be here thanks to some very, very old magic,” he continued before floating across the floor to land on an extended arm. “Seems you’ve found yourself a good friend,” he commented as a liquid-glass like portal roared to life in a nearby fireplace while he pulled on and tied his dragon scale combat boots; the bird on his shoulder remaining unmoving the entire time.

“She’s more than a friend,” the Twelfth Division Captain replied as he walked through the portal and into a hallway in the Officer’s Barracks in the Twelfth Division’s area. “I love her, like actually love her,” he explained, the bird falling off of his arm. “Oh, ha ha,” he snapped to the bird as he jumped up into the air and flew up onto his right shoulder.

This coming from the one who once told me that there’s no one out there for you that could understand you,” Horus replied with a mental chuckle as the pair went through the doors to the outside.

“That was a long time ago,” Cy said with a smile thinking of Kazumi as he walked into the Offices for his Division. “Times change,” he added as he strolled across the floor, receiving several strange looks from those behind the desks in the large open area preceding his office; though whether they were from the gossip around the Seireitei or the random bird on his shoulder he wasn’t sure. “So,” he began as he walked through the doors to his office before turning and closing them. “What brings you to the Soul Society,” he asked as the bird flew from his shoulders to a nearby chair.

You never were one to beat around the bush were you,” the godling replied with a mental smirk followed shortly by a sigh.

“I have feeling we’re gonna have to do some work,” the Captain said more to his Zanpakuto, which were getting put into his obi, the longer blade on left hip.

Someone broke into your vault a few days ago before giving its location to a blazing archeologist to investigate,” the falcon replied as the man he was addressing spun around wide-eyed and locked eyes with him. “You know we can’t lie mind-to-mind,” he reaffirmed with a knowing look.

“This is bad, really, really bad,” Cy said as he walked over to the display case that held his old long vests before kneeling and opening up a concealed drawer.

What all was left in there,” the fowl asked while cocking its head to the left slightly.

“A couple gate arches that went to a few places the Soul Society didn’t need to know about along with a couple weapons, and a uh,” the large man paused as he pulled out the long vest his sister had given him that had pieces of a leather Haori spliced into it. “A book of all the black magic spells I made,” he finished trailing off as he stood, kicking the drawer shut and pulling on the long vest.

I’ll see you in person shortly then,” Horus concluded before the falcon pulsed with white-blue energy before fading away.

The Captain paused for a moment at his office door before turning his head and looking off into the distance, his senses locked onto Kazumi. He turned and grabbed a piece of paper along with a pen before leaning over his desk. He thought for a moment before he began to write.

Loveling,

Something has come up in the World of the Living that I need to take care of immediately. It involves a chapter of my life that I had hoped to leave behind a long time ago, but it seems that nearly three centuries isn’t enough to keep my past at bay. Don’t worry about me love, I promise you that I will return to you alive.

-Your Cy

P.S.
So you don’t kick my butt later I’m sending you a letter because I didn’t want to interrupt you in case you were in the middle of saving a life. Just for the record, not to avoid you.

The Shinigami stood up, dropping the pen onto the desk, before turning and folding the paper up. He grabbed an envelope from a nearby bookshelf. He slipped the paper inside the envelope before stepping out through his office door. He walked, literally, into his friend Sferatos Draken causing him to stumble backwards several feet. He smiled up at his friend whom had a very confused look on his face before motioning him to follow him.

“I need to ask you a favor,” Cy began as the two walked out the doors from the offices. “Can you deliver this to Kazumi,” he asked holding the letter out to his friend as they walked across the thoroughfare towards the library.

“Why Kazumi,” the slightly shorter Shinigami replied with a still confused look while he took the letter and put it into his Shihakusho.

“We’re kind of-“ the taller man began to say quietly

“Oh my god you’re dating,” the senior Vaizard said rather loudly before going slack jawed.

“Will you keep it down,” the younger man snapped harshly. “I don’t want it to get out and people start asking her twenty questions while she’s trying to save a life,” he added a significantly less harshly.

“And what Seireitei have you been living in for the last half-millennia,” Sferatos replied flatly as he gave his friend an equally flat look. “Something like that won’t stay secret for very long the way gossip spreads around this place,” he continued with a somewhat sly smile, he at least was going to have to tell his brother Naratos.

“Uh,” Cy stammered not expecting that answer from his friend. “Well whatever at the moment its s secret so please,” he pleaded with his old friend.

“Huh, come to think of it,” the short man began as he scratched his chin thoughtfully. “You haven’t really seen any action since you were a-“

“Will you shut up,” the taller man growled turning a dozen different shades of red; he liked to keep his private life private. “The point is can you give her that please,” he pleaded again his eyes begging for some kind of mercy from his friend.

“Of course I’ll do it for ya bro,” the older Shinigami replied with a friendly pat on the back smiling broadly. “All you had to do was ask,” he finished with a broad grin as he resumed walking toward the library assuming that’s where his comrade was going.

“I hate you sometimes Sferatos,” Cy said flatly, making sure the other man heard him, as his left eyebrow twitched in annoyance before he resumed his journey.

“I know,” Sferatos almost chortled as he walked into the library.

The Twelfth Division Captain cursed and walked into the library after his greater stressor. He looked around the large room for his friend and saw him trotting down the set of spiral stairs towards where he had elected to turn into his gate arch hub. He jogged across the room and jumped down the open center of the stairs freefalling to the ground below gathering his Reiatsu under his feet just enough to land perfectly without his knees bending at all. He glared at his friend as the man stepped off the bottom step.

“So where are you heading now,” Sferatos said as the two walked up to a small computer terminal.

“Alexandria, Egypt,” Cy said as he type those two very words in on the keyboard before turning to an short empty hallway.

“What happened,” the older man replied knowing full well what was there.

“Someone broke into the vault and sicked an archeological team on it,” the younger Shinigami answered as he turned and looked at his shocked friend. “Yeah, I know,” he added as his desired arch rose out of the floor.

“Any idea whom it was,” the shorter Shinigami asked as they walked up to the gate arch.

“Not a clue,” the Captain replied as he placed his hand into the small hand shaped depression on the side of the archway. “I’ve got a short list of enemies that know about it,” he continued as the gate roared to life showing a dark and very secluded alley.

“Then make it shorter my friend,” Sferatos said patting his friend on the back as he walked through and the gate vanished silently. “Now then,” he continued as he turned back the way he had come. “To see the Healer,” he finished with a rather mischievous grin before vanishing not wanting to waste any time.

To The Sands of Egypt:

The Black Dragon of the Saishuu Gotei Thirteen looked around slowly double checking to make sure he had his Reiatsu completely suppressed. He walked slowly down the alley carefully watching for any sign of trouble. He reached the end of the short street completely satisfied that his arrival had gone undetected. He may have been invited but Horus wasn’t here and he was technically violating a very long standing treaty by simply being there. He walked out into a busy street and even turned a few a heads. He had learned that unlike most other places most people here had the gift of Sight but it was still quite taboo to mention some things in certain areas. He picked up his pace and made his way towards once such location.

Cy had made this specific choice in clothing so that he could move around under the assumption that due to his style of dress he was a former Captain that had gone rouge and not one of current. He didn’t need to glance over his shoulder at the trio of men pushing through the crowd to know they were pursuing him. He closed his eyes and put an agitated look on his face as he turned down an almost invisible alley. He stopped about halfway through the alley and turned as his right hand went to the hilt of his Zanpakuto.

“[Why are you following me],” the Shinigami demanded to the three humans in an old dialect of Egyptian he had picked up from Horus in exchange for a couple old dragon tongues.

“[You’re on the wrong side of town Spirit],” the rearmost of the trio growled as he tightened his grip on a long wooden club. “[We don’t like your kind over here],” he continued as his two thugs began to take step after careful step towards this unwanted menace.

“[I don’t want any trouble here gentlemen],” the Captain said as he slid his right foot back.

“[And we especially don’t like cowards],” the human’s leader roared as the trio rushed forward.

“[Don’t mistake cowardice for being in a hurry],” Cy retorted quietly as he vanished. “[I really don’t have the time to deal with you right now],” he finished as he reappeared before turning and heading towards the seemingly darker side end of the alley; the three humans falling to the ground unconscious.

The Shinigami stepped out from the end of the alleyway into an almost entirely different world. He was surround by such a mix of Reiatsus that it was impossible to track just one even he couldn’t pick out a singular type of energy. He was going to have to be extremely careful here. He walked into a moving line of people calmly walking down the street looking at the solely human stall vendors of this seemingly spirit bazaar. He carefully looked at some of the larger item stalls for anything that might be from his own vault. He was a little surprised to see one both that wasn’t man by a human but a young minotaur, this one he decided to stop at.

“[Can you understand me],” the Captain of the Twelfth Division said in a strange ancient Greek dialect he had learned from his friend Vulcan.

“[How do you know our language, no one around here knows this speech],” the young boy stammer back stunned.

“[I’ve been around],” the Shinigami replied with a warm smile.

“[What do you want human],” the beastling replied with a flat stare his instincts telling him to be cautious of men like these as his mind analyzed his energy-signiture.

“[What would your father tell you when you first meet someone who speaks this tongue and using your sensing ability],” said a much deeper, older voice from behind a cracked door.

“[Smell before sensing, energy signatures can be faked grandfather],” the child replied bashfully as his nostrils flared. “[What are you],” he asked as he took a step back before deep laugh echoed from behind the nearly closed door.

“[Step back into my shop stranger],” the deep voice boomed as the door opened slightly more.

Oh this is just a great idea,” Cy thought to himself as he walked around the stall and through the inviting door.

“[Close the door would you please],” asked a massive twelve foot tall minotaur, his fur a light shade of grey.

“[Sure],” the small creature said as he pushed the door shut behind him with his right foot. “He’s missing a horn,” he thought to himself as he walked deeper into the room. “He’s an elder,” he concluded his facing unchanging from the same stern look he had had since the encounter in the alley.

“[What can I do for you] Shinigami-kun,” the large creature asked as he brought down a massive hammer onto a molten chunk of metal.

“[I need some information],” the Shinigami began as he looked up at the large creature.

“[What makes you think I know anything, all I do is sit back here all day and bang on metal],” the old creature said as he pounded the metal.

“[Even an old tradesman like yourself has ears that are keener on any youngling],” Cy said with a smirk as he locked eyes for a moment with the old creature.

“[And you and I are too old to play a children’s game],” the minotaur replied tossing the chunk into a nearby pile of slag and setting down his large hammer. “[You know more about our kind then I had assumed, forgive me],” he continued with his own version of a smile.

“[Indeed, games are not what I am here for old one],” the man continued in a friendly tone. “[I need to know if anything was removed from the new crypt found on top of the Valley of the Kings],” he asked flatly to show that he was indeed not here for fun.

“[Hmm, the information you seek is not cheap],” the old creature replied as he turned towards his customer. “[Ten pounds of gold],” he offered with a broader smile.

“[Eight pounds],” the Shinigami countered with a slight smirk.

“[That’s an awfully high counter],” the minotaur replied his look falling.

“[I simply want to know so that I don’t get there and everything is gone],” Cy retorted as an impatient look came to his face. “[And I said I’m not here for games],” he added flatly.

“[Indeed you are not and unlike my grandson I what you are],” the old one said with a slight chuckle.

“[And what, pray tell is that],” the man asked his tone still rather flat, his senses telling him that even through the mess outside that a strong Hollow had just appeared.

“[Captain-Class like the two I encountered in the pub the other night],” the beast replied with a slight chuckle.

“[I see],” the Captain of the Twelfth Division said before tossing a clinging bag onto the floor between the two containing four pounds of gold. “[What else do you have for me],” he asked with a smile his tone slightly lighter.

“[They were the ones who opened it up],” the minotaur said as he locked eyes with his customer. “[They something called a ‘Gate-Anchor’ or something like that behind, but took a book],” he continued as he picked up the gold estimating its weight in his hand and nodding; he liked half first and the rest upon completion.

“[What did they look like],” Cy asked his voice still unchanging and strong.

“[They were both on the edges of the room, in the shadows trying to avoid my ears and eyes picking up on their talk. Though they didn’t know that information gathering was my true trade along with the good drink I bought],” the old beast stated with a slight chuckle as his customer now scowled at him. “[But the stronger one, slipped from the shadows enough for me to note that he was wearing a blood red uniform similar to the one you yourself are wearing now],” he finished with a satisfied nod.

“[I appreciate your time old one],” the Shinigami said as he turned dropping two more bags before walking out the door. “[Take care child],” he added with a smile to the child manning the front before he began to sprint towards the Hollow’s Reiatsu; the crowd as a whole completely ignoring the very clear attack on one of their fellow spirit beings.

Old Habits, New Troubles:

The Twelfth Division Captain slid to a stop at the edge of a pit bordering a massive multi-building construction site. He was far from the bazaar now and the Reiatsu he sensed was from one powerful pseudo-Arrancar and not a Hollow, he was impressed at its masking ability. He stepped off the edge and dropped about thirty feet to the pits floor. He looked around carefully before a blood curdling scream cut through the air. He narrowed his eyes on the source of the Reiatsu and vanished.

The Shinigami appeared between the soul of a young Egyptian child and a rather small pseudo-Arrancar his longer Zanpakuto drawn and held in a way so that the creature’s thrust was diverted into the ground. He brought his knee up attempting to smash the gorilla-esque creature in the chin before it vanished a moment before impact, again he was impressed.

“Well, I must say I wasn’t expecting to find a Shinigami in these parts,” the beast growled as he reappeared out of its Sonido an instant later about ten feet away from its prey and the intruder. “And how dare he interrupt my celebratory meal at reaching this form,” he roared from behind a split in half vertically serpent mask. “And for this transgression you will both become my meal,” he finished as he smirked at the man before him.

“You Hollows are all the same,” Cy retorted as he rolled his eyes. “Never once realizing that to me you are nothing but a child’s toy,” he continued coldly as he leveled the tip of his sealed Zanpakuto with the center of the ape-like chest; a dreg of twilight sunset light lighting him up a strange shade of orange. “You may have speed, but I bet your other skills are weak,” he insulted with a slight smirk.

“You, how dare you,” the pseudo-Arrancar bellowed before charging forward.

The Black Dragon of the Saishuu Gotei Thirteen smirked as he jump backwards leading his foe away from the girl and into the center of a massive still network that framed the inside of the building rising above nearly fifteen stories. He jumped up several stories and back-flipped onto a girder his head down watching the rising attacker lower their sword. He jumped up at an angle as the place he had been standing on slashed through. He landed on another girder as his left slowly went forward leveling on the pseudo-Arrancar.

“Hadou fifty-eight, Tenran (Whirling Tempest),” the Shinigami commanded flatly before a massive whirlwind roared from his palm and engulfing his airborne prey. “Later,” he said with a smirk as a ball of fire appeared in his hand. “Tenran Rasensanken (Spiral of Flame),” he finished as his Reiatsu flared.

A moment later as massive vortex of churning fire erupted from the Captain’s palm rapidly engulfing its target along with any metal framework that got in its way. He turned as balls of molten metal slammed into the ground and the ash of the Hollow’s body blew through the wind. He vanished and reappeared in front of the spirit a soft look on his face. He held out a hand to the child and pulled her to feet.

“[Child are you alright],” Cy said softly in the girl’s native tongue so as to help relax her.

“[I’m, I’m okay scary man],” the child replied sheepishly as she glanced over her shoulder at the collapsing steel frame.

“[Good, I am glad that you are unharmed],” the Shinigami began as he shouldered his sword while kneeling down to eye level with the girl. “[I’m going to send you to a place called the Soul Society where you can be safe from things like him and meet other people like yourself],” he continued using his mental gifts to coerce the girls mind into know how to speak and understand the various languages used in Soul Society.

“Is it really that nice of a place,” the girl asked a little lighter spirited.

“Well I like it,” the large man began as his left hand rummaged through his coat and pulled out his phone. “I met the woman whom I love very dearly there,” he said picking out a picture of himself and Kazumi holding each other in a secluded place in the deep woods of the Twelfth Division on a sunny day.

“Oh,” the child said back before smiling. “Ok,” she finished with a now broad grin.

“Safe journeys child,” Cy said with a smile as he performed the first Konsou in a long time.

The man looked down at his phone and backed out to the main menu before sending Kazumi a short and simple “I love you and I’m ok” message. He slipped his phone away casually pretending not to notice the arrival of a new on looker whose Reiatsu was of a type he knew quite well; though it had been quite some time since he had felt one. He sheathed his Zanpakuto and puts his hands into the pockets of his long vest. He glanced towards his right shoulder as he felt the presence move in an instant to directly behind him. He turned on his left heel and smiled at a middle-aged Egyptian woman dressed in a loose beige outfit were her hair tucked back into a bun. He took a step back and noted her armament; an Egyptian flail and a short shafted shepherd’s crook tucked into a belt on her left hip. He was indeed confronting a Spirit Guardian of Egypt; old Pharaohs reincarnated as the protectors of the souls of their former kingdom ruled over by their gods themselves who were in a sense significantly stronger versions of the same spirit being. He tried to place who she was as he stepped back several times.

“[Well aren’t we a lively one],” the Shinigami said with a chuckle dodging a crushing blow that cracked the cement under his feet.

“[How dare you violate the treaty],” the woman roared as she charged forward vanishing in a flash halfway to her target.

“[Well that was convenient],” Cy said as he turned around to face a tall figure clad in a black cloak; the woman simply having been recalled, a perk of their overseers.

“[What can I say, she was a little over zealous ignoring orders not to attack my guest],” began a soft tenor voice with a strangely light European accent. “[Even though he blatantly ignores the treaty],” he added as he took a step forward.

“[What can I said it’s an old habit of mine],” the Captain of the Twelfth Division replied with a cheeky smile.

“[Ugh, you really are a Shinigami now Kipp],” Horus retorted with a light laugh.

“[I am what I am old friend],” the former Human said with a smile as the god turned and motioned for him to follow.

“[We’ve got a long way to go],” the darkly clad figure said before the two vanished.

Desert Sands & Old Enemies:

Cyclonus Zaero and his old associate made the way through the skies above the distant sands of the Sahara Desert. He closed his eyes and did several barrel rolls in the hot dry air. He may not be a fan of heat, since he’s already got a higher body temperature from his Zanpakuto, but he also relished being back in Egypt; this place was after all one of his favorite places to come as human.

So, I’m chasing after Colt and Cainin again,” the Shinigami thought to himself flatly as he stared deeply into the sand below, unbeknownst to him that he was slowing down slightly. “After all this time I’ll finally get my revenge on Cainin for his betrayal and kill Colt, for a third time,” he continued thinking back to the time he was still human and killed his old associates for their bargain with an incredibly strong Hollow posing as a god.

“You think too loudly Kipp,” Horus said loudly as he slowed and sped himself back up to be beside the deep in thought man.

“Sorry, it has just been well,” the man began as he thought for the right wording.

“A long time coming,” the Egyptian god chimed in finishing the man’s statement for him. “Rest assured that,” he trailed off as he now suddenly came to a stop a distant look on his face as he stared at the rising sun.

“What’s wrong,” the Captain asked in a concerned tone as turned around and floated towards his friend.

“A Guardian just was killed,” Horus replied as he grabbed his chest over his aching heart, a down side of being what he was and being linked to every single Spirit Guardian.

“What,” Cy said rather stunned. “That’s what makes Spirit Guardians majorly different from us, as long as they’re in Egypt than can be tracked by their masters and also can’t be mortally wounded,” he thought to himself flatly.

“I’m not sure how, but someone managed to kill one on our own land,” the Egyptian man replied from within his hood. “I can’t even track down the location in which he died, it’s almost like he just outright vanished,” he explained as he looked around, his body showing all signs of confusion and concern for his people.

“Listen man, if you need to go take care of something I can head on alone,” the Shinigami offered, concern in his own voice for his shaken friend.

“Thanks Kipp, that’s really appreciated,” Horus replied before vanishing in a bright flash returning to his home realm.

The sand below the now lone Shinigami exploded upwards in a massive churning tornado as a figure clad in teal pants and an open white shirt slowly rose up in the air towards its prey. He slowly came into view revealing that this new person was indeed an Arrancar. His lower half was indeed a teal Hakama though it had streaks of black dye swirled sporadically through the teal cloth. He wore the upper portion of his sleeveless Shihakusho open showing a large Hole in his lower abdomen. His head was adorned with five inch or so long white hair that he had slicked back, white eyes with a lone slit pupil in their center, and the remnants of a draconic Hollow mask that went from the corner of his mouth up around his eye before ending in a straight up spiraled horn. He let out a laugh as the man in front of him simply stared at him in disbelief.

“Well, well, well,” the Arrancar began as he folded his arms over his chest revealing diamond flange with a predominantly a teal wrapped hilt with a black substance underneath it. “Has it been a long time, Cyclonus Zaero,” he continued opting to use the man’s Shinigami name instead of his human name simply because he felt their human lives were behind them.

“Bladeborn,” the Captain of the Twelfth Division replied with a flat scowl; this was one of his human associates whom he had originally slain along with Colt. “The man who had so much animosity for me that even through the process of reach Menos status your personality rang through along with your memories,” he commented knowing full well how the Arrancar was born just from loathing. “Didn’t I kill you last time,” he asked flatly with a scowl.

“Oh indeed you did,” the white-eyed man retorted as he pointed an accusing finger at his prey with his right hand. “But Colt found a way to bring me back in exchange for two different but very strong spirit beings,” he continued as he flexed his right arm. “Not only did I come back with my full power but I got a large portion of power added to my own from those whom were sacrificed to bring me back,” he added with a sly grin. “Do you remember how strong I was back then Zaero,” he asked his grin changing into a smirk.

Strong enough to be an Espada,” Cy thought to himself as his right hand closed around the hilt of his longer Zanpakuto. “No,” he lied not wanting to add to Bladeborn’s egomaniacal side.

“I bet you will now,” the smaller man roared as his teal energy like Reiatsu exploded out from his body before raining down on the dessert below. “You should know that Colt has trained very hard since the sacrifice brought him back,” he continued hinting at who was used for his revival. “And he’s stronger than even I am now,” he added as he closed his hand around his Zanpakuto’s hilt. “All this work just for one Shinigami,” he finished as he ripped his sword from its sheath and shot forward

“I’ve gotten worlds stronger since we last fought Bladebor-“ the retort was cut short as Cy was sent flying from a powerful two handed swing that had slammed into his own two handed block. He slammed into the sand sending plumes of sand clouds into the air along with dark wisps of black flames as he powered up to counter his opponent’s sealed state.

Bladeborn Versus Cyclonus Zaero: The Epic Rematch:

Cyclonus Zaero glared up at his old enemy with burning red eyes, his draconic white mask adorning his head. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath settling his nerves, Bladeborn was a lot stronger then when he had last killed the Arrancar. His eyes narrowed on the teal energy sphere appearing in left palm of his opponent. He crouched and shot forward, vanishing an instant after his feet left the sand.

“This is for you Cy, my new and improved Cero,” the partially teal clad man roared releasing a massive column of energy as his arm snapped up slightly lined up with his opponent as he reappeared.

“That’s a nice Cero,” the Vaizard complimented as his shoved his left hand towards the closing energy blast. “Bakudou ninety-seven,” he began as he caught the blast of energy in his palm which rapidly shrunk back into a sphere as he poured a small portion of his Reiatsu into it while bleeding off most of the energy from his opponent. “Hanshateki Kawa (Reflecting Shell),” he boomed sending the blast of energy right back at his enemy, though now significantly weaker when it had been sent at him.

“Hmph,” Bladeborn grunted flatly and rather unimpressed as he lifted his Zanpakuto above his head. “Who do you think you’re dealing with Shinigami,” he roared before slashing the blast in half sending it around him harmlessly.

“Shinigami isn’t quite accurate anymore Bladeborn,” Cy began as he appeared behind his opponent, left hand inches away from the back of his foe, a sphere of red energy growing in it. “Cero,” he added flatly releasing a full power Cero which sent his opponent careening towards the ground in a cloud of smoke.

The teal and white clad Arrancar growled as he spun his feet over his head and orienting himself so he was facing his opponent. He pulled his arms and legs in close before snapping them out bringing himself to a stop. He crouched and shot forward back towards his prey his Zanpakuto above his back, held tightly by both hands.

“Burn,” the Vaizard said as he drew his second sword and cross his arms over his chest, the weapons now completely engulfed in black flames.. “Kuroryukaen (Black Dragon Flame),” he roared as he slashed outwards ripping the swords from the flames revealing almost identical twin swords.

Cy brought his right hand sword up blocking the vicious down stroke from his opponent as his left hand sword’s tip dropped pointing its tip at the head of his opponent. He drove forward hard with his left hand, his foe breaking the lock and jumping backwards, while his right hand brought his sword around in a strong forehand strike. His slash missed and jump pushed forward a little more bringing his right hand sword back across while his left sheathed his blade on his left hip. He began to bring his right hand sword around in a down slash as his left began to move towards his target a red sphere of energy beginning to form in it.

“Hadou eighty-eight,” the Twelfth Division Captain began as his sword went through empty air. “Hiryūgekizokushintenraihō (Flying Dragon Striking, Heaven-Shaking, Lightning Cannon),” he roared releasing a massive cero with bolts of blue energy laced through it.

“What the,” the Arrancar stammered as the blast slammed into him sending massive concussive waves across the surface of the dessert as both the target and attack slammed into the ground.

Cy landed in front of the massive nearly quarter mile wide glass crater, his senses still picking up a strong Reiatsu that belonged to his opponent. His left hand drew its sword before both arms hung limply at his sides while he waited. His eyes opened wider as he felt a sharp dropped Bladeborn’s Reiatsu as he felt the spent energy reforming into a massive attack.

“Gran Rey Cero,” Bladeborn roared as a massive blast of teal energy blast the sand cloud out and tore through the air towards the one on the edge of the crater.

“Kanzen,” the Shinigami snapped as a massive column of black and white flames tore up from the sands around him. “Seitoryukiri (Star Dragon Slash),” he finished as a massive arc of black and white flames split the churn vortex of matching flames before slamming into the closing attack sending shockwaves of teal energy as well as black and white flames across the desert.

“Well, it’s good to see you’re now strong enough that you may be able to damage me in my released form,” the teal and white clad man said with a chuckle as his Reiatsu flared wildly around as rising bolts of teal energy. “Rise,” he continued as the energy wrapped around his body. “Viejodemoniodragón (Elder Demon Dragon),” he roared as a massive column of teal energy tore upwards into the sky nearly touching the clouds.

The energy blasted away from around Bladeborn revealing a large hulking bipedal Hollow western wingless dragon. He threw his arms out to the sides and flexed his massive five foot long curving metal claws. His head was now entirely encased in a strange draconic mask that looked like a cross between a dragon and a box of sword blades. He learned forward holding both hand like appendages on either side of his head as his Reiatsu flared and a massive sphere of teal energy laced with bolts of silver swirled to life in front of his mouth.

“Hoja Cero (Blade Cero),” the draconic beast bellowed before releasing a massive cone of energy.

Cy’s eyes narrowed on the massive mass of energy barreling towards him, he could see hiltless claymore blades within the energy. He crouched and shot upwards as fast as he could vanishing an instant after leaving the ground. He reappeared above the blast tucking his feet up so the attack missed him before letting out a held breath. His Reiatsu jumped as his eyes’ pupils shifted into their draconic form. He spread his wings wide and snapped them before vanishing into Shunpo heading towards his enemy. He reappeared an instant later beside his opponent barely being able to block one of the massive maw like hand with both of his swords. He let out a pained scream as Bladeborn’s other hand slashed through the sensitive nerves in his wings. He jumped backwards breathing heavily as he foot to stay conscious through the rolling waves of pain. He took a deep singular breath gathering his Reiatsu as the wounds on his wings bubbled with a strange white substance before it exploded away revealing the freshly healed wings.

“High-Speed Regeneration,” the Arrancar stammered taking a step backwards before recomposing himself a moment later before slamming his hands into the side of his head before he began to charge up a larger version of his strongest attack. “Take this Shinigami! Hoja Cero,” he roared releasing an even wider conical energy attack.

“Bakudou ninety-seven,” the Vaizard began as the energy from the attacks, not the metal blades, began to reform in his palm while the blades went straight through him or cutting his extremities. “Hanshateki Kawa (Reflecting Shell) Cero,” he roared releasing a massive Cero which was comprised of a mix of teal and red energy, his mask cracking and falling away.

“Oh h***,” Bladeborn said flatly an instant before the massive blast slammed into him.

The Captain of the Twelfth Division covered his eyes as a wall over sand rolled over him, a massive pillar of teal and red energy streaking up into the sky. He pushed out with his Reiatsu spreading the sand around him so he wouldn’t be buried. He slowly walked towards where his old enemy was, limping from a massive wound on his right thigh. His eyes widened as he saw the other spirit being still alive, albeit barely and in his sealed form. He gritted his teeth and he began to walk towards the semi-conscious teal and white clad man, his Zanpakutos unwillingly reverting to their sealed state. He came to a stop beside the man and he brought up his longer sword aiming for his head.

“I won’t, make it, that easy, Zaero,” the Arrancar stammered before falling into a Gargantua resulting in a curse from the Shinigami.

“Well this is great,” Cy said with a scowl as he stumbled a step or two forward before falling flat onto his face.

The Shinigami Captain closed his eyes and focused on the most severe of his internal injuries pushing the energy had to those spots to heal them. His breaths were deep and pain as sweat poured off of him. He rolled himself over as the sun beat down onto his chest. He saw a dark figure appear beside him and chuckled before picking him up on a thin layer of energy as unconsciousness claimed him.

Reunion at the Valley:

Cyclonus Zaero woke up in a daze over a course of several hours. He could smell fresh running water and feel a cold liquid against his skin. He could smell the fresh food cooking over top of the light scent of some kind of greenery. He also felt a warm sun on his face. His first sight was a bright sun and lastly a vibrant full blue moon. He finally slowly opened his eyes and looked around. He was shocked to see distant cavern walls and what looked like brand Egyptian architecture. He stood up and realized that he had been laying fountain of some kind. He also felt a strange breeze some where he wasn’t really comfortable feeling one.

“[Well look at you making a bold public statement],” Horus said flatly from a nearby bench, facing away from the Shinigami, reading what appeared to a novel about some war over a millennia ago.

“Well considering, I really don’t have much of a time ‘Rus,” the Twelfth Division Captain said flatly as he looked around at the small dirt circle with two small stone backless benches, one of which had his boots on it along with a small satchel.

“[There’s a bench over there with a change of clothes, they’ll fight you],” the Eygptian began with a chuckle. “[Your Shihakusho was rubbish so I got you something a little different but I mended your long vest thing out of sheer boredom waiting for the pool to heal you],” he continued as he heard ruffling behind him. “[Your little move before passing out would’ve done the job but you would’ve woken dehydrated],” he explained as he heard footsteps behind him before standing and turning around while tossing the long vest towards its owner.

Cy walked out with a slight scowl on his face as he caught the long vest and slipped it on overtop of a strange loose fitting beige tunic. He had tucked in a small portion of the tunic into a pair of baggy clothe pants held up by a crimson cloth-band belt. He saw his Zanpakutos on the bench beside his old friend and walked over towards them.

“So what, no lecture on making too much racket as a Shinigami,” the larger man said as he slid his longer Zanpakuto through the belt on his left hip.

“[Samuel deserved to have the snot beat out of him for what he did to come back, you did good],” Horus retorted sharply as his old friend looked at him slightly confused.

“What did he do,” Cy asked as he slipped his shorter sword into his belt on his right hip.

“[Well it seems that our old friend Colt],” Horus began venomously. “[Used some kind of strange spell to call his soul back from the depths of Hell in exchange for the lives of two powerful spirit beings],” he continued as he friend pulled out a pack of cigarettes from inside his long vest. “[One was a Shinigami and the other was one of our Spirit Guardians],” he finished with a slight with a seeming growl.

“I see,” the Twelfth Division Captain said as lit his cigarette with a small flame from the tip of his right finger. “So how far away are we from the Valley of the Kings,” he asked after taking a long drag from his smoke.

“[This is a Sanctuary],” the god replied with a smirk as he motioned to the oasis with the large cavern. “[They are scattered all around the Domain and are concealed by one very powerful magic spell placed by Ra himself],” he continued with a smile as he motioned towards day light. “[This Sanctuary is in the Valley],” he finished motioning the commotion outside.

“Excellent,” the Shinigami said with a smile as he looked down from the up high perch of the cavern entrance, another added protection. “If you’ll excuse me then I have a party to crash,” he finished as he narrowed his eyes on a large crowd of people gather atop one of the valley’s rims.

“[If you would be so kind],” the Egyptian man said as he put his attention back to his book.

Vault Robbers In One Form or Another:

Cy crouched jumped from the mouth of the cavern using all his physical strength to keep his Reiatsu to a minimum. He landed at the desired location a couple seconds later. He looked around at the bustle of activity around a small hole in the ground; there were tents and dozens of people walking around focused on one task. He slowly strode into the camp watching the people around him carefully to see if they had kind of reaction to the sight of him. He made his way through the camp looking through various tents for anything that shouldn’t be allowed to leave with the people that had come. He came to a stop behind a pair of young humans wearing t-shirts that indicated they were just a pair of students.

“I can’t believe this crap,” snapped a young woman to her male counterpart.

“A free trip to Egypt is a free trip to Egypt,” the man replied lazily from a top his cot.

“But there isn’t a single thing here and its looks like it wasn’t broken into by any kind to grave robbers,” the fiery young human snapped back.

“Bah,” the bored young man said as he rolled over and attempted to resume his interrupted nap.

Well, that’s just dandy,” the Shinigami thought to himself flatly as he made a b-line towards the hole that served as the entrance to his vault, just as a massive crane was about to place a stone weighing several tons atop it to seal it shut. “Wonderful,” he added just as flatly as before, before taking off into a full sprint.

The Twelfth Division Captain slid down underneath the stone slipping into the hole just as the stone slammed down on top of the opening. He landed in a crouch in the center of a long barren hallway as strange lanterns built into the ceiling, designed to respond to spirit energy, came to life unlike for the powerless humans that had just vacated. He looked around carefully as his right hand closed around the hilt of his Zanpakuto before drawing it. He eyed a pair of lamps swinging above him and smirked. He reached up and tucked one then the other a second later resulting in a loud clicking sound before a section of wall off to his right slid down revealing a pair of undetected doors. He had gone to great pains to put up the magic protections around this secret part of his vault, these protections protected from everything spiritual or not spiritual; when he had pulled on the lamps he had channeled a specific amount of energy into each similar to a combination lock.

Cy pushed open the large double doors and was immediately greeted by the smell of burnt flesh. He relit his cigarette, purposefully exhaling through his nose and walked into the dimly lit room. He eyed the dozens of different kinds of runes arranged to form the shape of a dragon head. He stepped through them and between two piles of ashes towards an odd rectangle of rock that had literally been simply slid into the wall. He placed his hand in the center of the stone cutout resulting in a large blue rune appearing in the center before the stone sunk into the floor. He took a step forward and entered a massive room that had originally had three Gate Arches in the center of the four outer walls. He glared though now at what was in the center, Colt and a crude looking archway which had an oddly shaped see-through portal in its center showing a of tropical jungle.

Colt Casstron was clad in a blood red Shihakusho. He had allowed his midnight black hair to grow out before pulling it back into a lone tail. He had his right hand closed firmly around the shaft of a massive reddish battle-ax. He smiled broadly and shifted so the light in the room illuminated the scar tissue all over his exposed flesh on his light skin.

“So where’s your smellier half,” the Captain of the Twelfth Division said looking around for the man whom had revived Colt from the dead.

“He finally proved more useful than I thought by being used as fodder along with some fool Spirit Guardian that got in my way to resurrect our dear old friend Bladeborn,” the crimson clad Shinigami began with a slight chuckle. “That was quite a battle you had out there old friend,” he continued like he was talking to an old friend and not an old enemy.

“Thanks,” the oddly dressed Shinigami replied as his grip on the hilt of his sword tightened before he vanished with a loud crack.

Cy appeared in front of Colt his sword coming around from his right side in a powerful swing, the Zanpakuto roaring into his Shikai form as it cut the air. He was surprised when his opponent had brought his massive ax head over his head with enough speed to actually block his attack. He was even more stunned when his opponent grabbed the middle of his weapon’s shaft before sending the sword wielder sliding backwards. He growled and shot forward as his opponent brought his massive ax head around in a powerful horizontal slash. He vanished just a moment before the ax cut through air where he had been.

“Hadou forty-four, Rasensanken,” the somewhat odd looking Shinigami commanded as he reappeared behind his opponent as a column of flames erupted from his palm with smaller ones from his fingers tips, the smaller columns of fire spiraling around the large central column.

“Bakudou eighty-one, Danku (Splitting Void),” the crimson clad man said flatly before a semi-visible wall of white energy appeared between himself and the flames. “I’ve great increased my Kidou since our last encounter Kipp,” he added confidently with a satisfied nod as he turned around and walked through the archway.

Cy cursed and he shot across the room towards the portal as it snapped out of existence. He took a step back as he felt a strange surge of energy come back into the archway. He cursed again as he brought his Shikai around viciously slashing through the highest point of the archway causing it to collapse. He quickly knelt down and sheathed his sword before placing a hand on each piece of now slightly glowing almost molten colored rock. He “grabbed” the contained energy and wrenched it out of the stone before forcing it out through his feet back into the earth. He stood and took a deep breath; he had only see one unanchored gateway grow unstable before exploding and removing the top half of a massive mountain centuries ago when he was a human. He pulled out his phone and dialed a number.

So, Sferatos told me why you aren’t as angsty as of late bro,” Naratos, the youngest of the Draken brothers, replied from the earpiece of the phone.

“Shut up man this really isn’t the time for it,” the Twelfth Division Captain snapped a little agitated.

Ok so maybe he wasn’t as right as he thought,” the Third Divisioner said with a slight chuckle.

“Seriously man, this isn’t the time right now,” the large man said pleadingly into his phone.

Alright bud, what can I do for you,” the phone finally conceded with another slight chuckle.

“I need you to come to my exact coordinates with the Vellamo and remove three gate-arches from the vault you will find there,” the now pacing Shinigami said into the small electronic device, completely ignoring the purposeful follow-up laugh. “Once you have them take them to my special retreat in the Southern Forest,” he asked with a somewhat annoyed tone.

So what did Colt take,” the youngest Draken brother asked with somewhat concerned tone; having already formed a theory on whom his friend was pursuing from what his old brother had told him..

“He took my dark spell book,” Cy replied flatly with a scowl. “He already used one spell to revive blasted Bladeborn,” he growled as he walked to rear-centermost gate-arch, the image of the jungle burned into his mind. “I’m going to pursue Colt so I won’t be here when you arrive,” he finished snapping the phone shut as he placed a hand into the depression on the side of the only remaining blank archway he had made as a human.

The Twelfth Division Captain closed his eyes and poured his Reiatsu into the archway before a liquid-glass like portal snapped to life in front of him showing the same forest scene he had seen in Colt’s gate. He chuckled as he flipped open his phone and quickly sent Kazumi a text identical to the one he had after performing the Konsou on the young spirit of an Egyptian girl. He took a deep breath and stepped through the gateway. He slowly looked around him at the jungle as the gate snapped out of existence behind him; he was in the Congo Jungle.

The Valley of the Hybrid Forest:

Cyclonus Zaero slowly looked out past his immediate area, though his eyes were now closed, searching for any trace of Colt. He scowled as he could feel a small group of weaker but spiritually gifted humans, three stronger human Reiatsus though one was with the weaker first group, and what he could’ve sworn was a green-forest dragon, or in this case maybe a green-jungle dragon but there was no trace of the person he sought. He smirked and opted to head towards the draconic Reiatsu, if any being in this forest knew where his prey went, generally speaking, it would be the dragon controlling this territory. He eyed a branch nearby and jumped.

The Shinigami landed on the thick branch, startling a small monkey into running for its life even though it didn’t actually see him. He laughed slightly at the fleeing monkey before jumping the next branch on another tree. He hadn’t traveled through any kind of heavily wooded area like this for a long time but since he was trying to conceal his Reiatsu for the most part it was the faster way to travel. He proceeded then to make his way rather quickly across the forest towards his intended destination. He landed a branch of the last tree before a massive rift valley.

The massive geological sight was nearly five miles long and three miles wide. One of the ends had a massive water fall literally pouring from the side of the valley wall down into a what appeared to be a moderately sized river that ended in a lake that was nearly a mile wide almost dead center of the end opposite the waterfall. The foliage was comprised of the local fauna and flora but was almost mixed with a healthy supply of oaks, maples, and apple trees. The wildlife that inhabited the valley also equally preposterous there were Silverback Gorillas, Chimpanzees, large White-Tailed Deer, Elk, a few Moose, and what appeared to be Black Bears along with a few Grizzly Bears.

“Woah, that is certainly something I never thought I’d see in well, ever,” Cy thought out loud completely shocked at what he was seeing.

The Black Dragon of the Saishuu Gotei Thirteen leapt down from his perch to the lip of the valley stunned at the sight of a biologist’s dream if they focused on unique ecosystems. He looked at the sight in wonderment as his mind drifted back to the Soul Society and of Kazumi causing him to smile slightly. He pulled out his phone and snapped a picture of the intriguing rift valley before sending it off to his love along with a short message that read “Isn’t this pretty love?” He saw what appeared to be a group of massive Gorillas attempting to prepare to hunt an equally as massive bull moose. He took a step forward expecting to begin a rapid decent to the valley floor and was stunned to find a thin layer of ridiculously dense energy that had a draconic feel to it. He smirked and closed his eyes while both pushing down the Shinigami portion of his Reiatsu and bringing up the draconic side of it. He slowly felt himself begin to slip through the barrier before suddenly falling the rest of the way through the barrier at his waist, though the barrier was still intact. He quickly shoved down the highest parts of his Reiatsu as he began to freefall toward the ground below while leaving exposed what little he dared to slow his decent.

The Captain of the Twelfth Division landed in a low crouch beside the massive lake he had seen at the lip of the valley. His eyes opened in surprised at the crystal clearness of the water before kneeling down. He cupped his hands and dunked them into the water before chugging what he had collected. He followed up his drink by throwing a splash of the nearly ice cold water on his face and on the top of his head. He glanced off to his right as he got another drink when he felt a massive impact tremor. He smirked as he confirmed that what was coming was the dragon he had detected earlier and probably the one that had erected the barrier he had phased through to get inside the valley. He started to get a third drink when he heard tree branches spread and the now massive tremors come to a stop behind him as he finished his drink. He stood up and slowly turned around coming nose-to-nose with the green-forest dragon he had felt shortly after his arrival.

The massive western dragon was nearly sixty feet long from chest to the tip of her tail. Her chest scales were a dull shade of green along with the membrane on her folded wings while the rest of her scales were a vibrant shade of green which look almost like leaves. Her long snake-like neck was topped off with a draconic head that had a massive pair of deer antlers in place of the usual horns; her antlers had nearly fifty different points meaning that she was an ancient creature that had probably been alive for nearly millennia. Her nostrils flared as she scented the creature in front of her.

Save the Dragons’ Rainforest?:

Who and what are you being,” roared a deep female voice in the back of the man’s mind.

“My name is Cyclonus Zaero, Twelfth Division Captain of the Saishuu Gotei Thirteen,” Cy began as the dragon was taken slightly aback and her pupils shrunk down to an almost invisible slit.

What kind of fool do you take me for young one, with that dress and energy-signature you feel more like a Black Dragon then any Shinigami I’ve ever seen,” the dragon retorted rather loudly for a thought projection.

“My Reiatsu is a bit odd for a Shinigami,” the man replied with a slight smile as he rebalanced the Shinigami and dragon part of his makeup.

Well aren’t you an odd one,” the green creature said somewhat surprised as he nostril flared again. “I also scent one of my own kind on you seemingly mixed with a different Shinigami smell as well,” she continued as her mind grew more inquisitive.

“Yeah,” Cy said as his mind drifted back to Kazumi again unaware his mind was projecting slight. “That’s my love and her Bankai’s scent,” he continued as a smile came to his face.

Love indeed,” the old one replied as her head jerked back slightly picking up an unwanted thought and not an image of the woman with her Bankai release as she expected. “You’re projecting child,” she continued with a warm tone now slightly blocking more of the Shinigami’s surface thoughts.

“Oh, uh sorry,” the Twelfth’s Captain snapped hastily blushing as he refocused his mind.

Much better dear,” the forest dragon said with a mental smile. “now back to my questions,” she almost ordered though her mental tone seemed a lot more accepting now than at first. “Does her Bankai make her energy-signature like yours, a mix,” she asked intriqued about a Shinigami that had part of her kind in her.

“Well not really, she summons her Zanpakuto spirit in the form of a massive forest-dragon, though ascetics wise rather different in appearance than yourself,” the Shinigami replied as he pulled up an mental picture of Kazumi’s Bankai.

I see, that is quite intriguing indeed,” the creature said as her mind drifted into thought for a moment. “Well if that’s her Bankai then what’s yours,” she asked now as her head rolled counter clockwise slightly.

“My Bankai is basically me fusing with my Zanpakutos Spirit progressively becoming more like a dragon through my various stages of Bankai though my powers loose the Black Dragon touch to them and become what Dragon Clan I should’ve been in when I was still a human,” the man explained as he sat down on a nearby rock as the dragon sat down on her haunches.

And what clan was that exactly” the large green being asked, her tone growing more curious and knowing full well what each clan was. “And please answer mind-to-mind,” she requested know that it was impossible to lie that way.

I was supposed to be one of the Star Dragon Clan,” Cy replied projecting his thoughts along with a mental image of all that he had created as a whole for the Dragon Class while he was still a human.

My goodness, I had no idea that you were still alive child,” the forest-dragon said stunned at whom she was meeting. “Especially as a Shinigami knowing your track record,” she finished eyeing him carefully.

“Colt had it coming for what he and the others wanted to do for that foul Hollow posing as a god of dragons,” Frederick Kipp said now venomously his mind going back to the night he had originally killed the original Council of Wyrms along with that stupid Hollow. “Children are innocents,” he finished with a low growl in his voice.

I understand your motives and know this was your true turning point,” the female creature said as she projected a calming feeling along with a smile. “And now for my final question child,” she finally asked wanting to know why he had come into her valley.

“Long story short; I was pursuing Colt as a Shinigami,” Cy now began as he smirked at the dragon. “I know, he and two of the four came back that way because of a loophole,” he explained with a scowl. “Anyway, I came here seeking you out to know if you had picked up on a massive Shinigami Reiatsu seemingly meshed, like my own, with that of a Crimson Dragon,” he asked finally being able to get to his own question.

I see, well it just so happens I did fell something like that but didn’t want to confront it in fear of my own life and those of my three children whom are currently out visiting with members of the Green Dragon Clan,” the large creature said as she projected a direction into the mind of the oddly dressed man and began to lay her head down before it suddenly snapped back up as it turned toward the group of humans. “Oh no,” she added as she felt one of the human’s energy rise as it prepared to clash with the other two human energies that had been much farther away from last she checked.

“I know I feel it two,” the Captain of the Twelfth Division replied as he began to lift off of the ground and head towards the conflict. “Who are the two larger Reiatsus attacking,” he asked as the dragon began to stand up.

It was a small Green Dragon Clan outpost out here; they offer fresh meat of nonwoodland creatures along with the other various fruits and vegetables to me,” the noble creature said as she spread her wings wide, revealing that the unexposed parts of their membrane had been significantly damaged.

“No, I will go,” the Shinigami said as he appeared in front of her. “Here hold onto this, I will be back for it and to heal your wings so you can go out to hunt your own meat like all dragons enjoy doing,” he continued before dropping his long vest to the ground below. “I give you my word on the latter anyway,” he finished with a smile.

The Black Dragon of the Saishuu Gotei Thirteen shot up towards the valley’s top, a large hole opening in the barrier. He made a note to thank his new friend for the easy exit as he blasted through the hole. He ripped his swords free from their sheaths while they themselves roared into their Shikai release before a massive explosion of energy tore upwards into the air not too far from his current location. He vanished with a loud crack no longer caring about masking his Reiatsu from Colt since he was nearby enough to feel it anyway.
