Maybe his bankai just like -sama bankai but in small particles of fire that cannot be seen and can slice ppl n burn them out in just no time.
Or maybe he will have wings of fire on his body with a sword covered by fire..so Yama-jii bankai named Angel Of Fire..hehehe...

That was also one of my theories, but instead of cutting,it would just burn and stick to things like napalm.All controlled by his will or hand movements.
